This product has been helpful for my tension Migraines. We keep this is freezer 24/7, and it stays frozen for about an hour after thawing. Under eye pads are great for puffiness or nightly skincare routine. Slim packaging makes it easy for freezer storage.

This product is made very well and it looks like it will last. There's a bit of a learning curve to it. If you're storing it in the freezer obviously you can't place it right on your face. Once it thaws a bit and becomes flexible to conform to your face it works quite well. And for those with a "big" head, no need to worry about the size as it fits mine perfectly with the adjustable straps. I personally bought mine to help with migraines and the pressure around my eyes. The only drawback that I can think of is, I wish it would stay cold for a longer period of time.

Not convenient enough to use as an every day beauty treatment because the small eye pads do not stick so you have to hold them in place or lay down. Well packaged. The plastic gel material is soft.

I was in a hurry to get a mask for my face after a laser treatment so I didn’t look at the product or reviews. I was pleasantly surprised by what I found in my delivery. This mask comes with a cloth mask to set the mask on while it’s in your face and a real nice container bag. I feel they could have changed more money for this item on quality alone. I would expect to get something like this for a take home in a luxury spa for 8 times the amount of purchase here. If you are looking for a face mask, BUY THIS ONE!!

One tip: if you store them in the freezer, I recommend taking them out about 10 minutes before using. They get very, very cold, and letting them sit for a bit makes them much more comfortable on the skin. Overall, this is a great value set that works well for pain relief and self-care. I would definitely recommend it if you deal with headaches, eye puffiness, or just want a good cooling mask on hand.

I wanted something I could leave in the fridge or freezer...but you have to put these in the fridge or freezer a couple hours just before using. Instructions say leaving them in the fridge/freezer will damage the product. I was hoping I could just keep the eye masks in the fridge and grab as needed.
