I bought this as a replacement for my original case as it’s gone bobbly after 6 months or so of use. Unfortunately the newer case feels a lot more synthetic, to touch it feels plasticky even after washing and using fabric softener it is as nice to feel. The original has a more jersey like softness. What’s worse is that I am getting a rash on my face from the new case, presumably the synthetic fabric isn’t letting the skin get enough air during sleep. For the expense I expected better sadly. I do really like the original pillow and pillow case but this new case is dreadful. It’s also not white as stated it’s a cream/ off-white colour.

Only after a couple of washes the pillowcase fibers are matting and impossible to clean. When I try to remove the matting of the nylon, the whole nylon clings to my fingers. Unfortunately, it has become completely unusable for my face. Too bad I cannot return it.

I got two new cartilage piercings and third lobes done in both ears all at once. Can’t sleep on the ear but this pillow is perfect. I can sleep and it’s comfortable. Doesn’t bother my piercings at all. I took the insert out as it was too high for me. But I love it. I did get a backup pillow case so I can swap out with a clean one whenever. Love it. Very handy and quality sleep again!

I was so pleased with the pillow I decided to purchase the pillow case. The company offered a discount ( because I had bought the pillow) but it would not work on the Amazon Canada site. I emailed them, got an immediate response and they sent a code for the Canadian site. I received the pillowcase in a few days and it is a perfect fit, is cool and comfortable. Highly recommend the product and the company for the exceptional customer service I received from Ross and Vanessa at Blissbury!

I ordered this to use with my two ear hole Blissbury Ear Hole Pillow and the fit is perfect and the material has a nice soft and cooling feel. I’ve used it for a post Surgical procedure and it along with the pillow worked incredibly well for ear pain relief.
