Love this machine!
I've not reviewed my new one cup coffeemaker to give it time to see just what it's made of! Let me tell you, do not let the low price fool you!! I found my husband and I were wasting far too much coffee every single day. I would make a full pot every morning, as I've always done, and by early afternoon I was throwing old stale coffee down the drain. I could stand the waste no longer!!!! Then I found this little baby, and it's been awesome! Not only do I now get my occasional flavored coffee without having to make more than one cup at a time, but every cup is fresh. It's quick to make a cup, turns itself off when done, is easy to clean, and comes with a pretty decent travel mug. I am over the moon happy with this machine. Fresh cup of coffee every single time within seconds, and best of all, not wasting money by throwing coffee down the drain!!

This little coffee maker is perfect for me
This little coffee maker is perfect for me...years ago my brother gave me a Kuerig...I wasn't comfortable with there being water left inside a container where I couldn't see or know if anything was growing inside. I'm the only one drinking coffee and someday I would only have a cup or two but still had to constantly add more water. I have cleaned it with water and vinegar through the system a couple of times but how do you really know if it's clean if it's hidden from view and I shouldn't have to disassemble it to make sure. I live in an older house and I'm sure mold and mildew are in hidden places and I didn't want it in my coffee. So when I researched the single serve coffee makers, read the reviews and decided on the AdirChef Grab N' Go...I love the blue color and it took no time to get here. In the reviews a few people said the water wasn't as hot as the more expensive brand name Kuerig. My coffee from AdirChef is hotter than I've ever had and I use filtered cold water from the fridge...the cup is great, the perfect amount and I leave the top off till the coffee cools off some and then when I use it the coffee stays the perfect temperature. It's so easy, use your own coffee blend to the provided reusable filter, no expensive pods to buy, you make it stronger or weaker depending on how much coffee you use. I add cold filtered water to the cup, pour it in, set the cup under the pour spout, push the button once and right away you hear it heating up...I wait till the light goes off and there's no more water pouring into the cup. I always put a spare cup in its place so it'll catch any little drips...no big deal. The coffee is hot and delicious, just the way I like it. When I'm done, and the unit has cooled, I open the lid to let it dry on its own. Take the filter and it's holder, dump the coffee grounds in the trash, rinse or wash and let it air dry. Now I'm positive all I had was a great cup of coffee with no invisible slimy water. So if your not comfortable with the water coming out of your machine and want something were you are positive you're only getting clean water every time and you notice how much better the coffee tastes... the AdirChef is what you want.

Single cup of coffee
Ok hear me out. This is not great quality and will not last for years. But if you want one cup of coffee without using a pod- it works perfectly. I bought it because sometimes I just want one cup of coffee but didn't want the hassle of pods or paying for a Keurig that won't last a year. Plus it comes with a travel cup. I got the orange - its a fun color- I use it - it works just fine. No leaks, no problems

Great coffeemaker
I have bought 3 of these coffeemakers. One for my son-in-law who travels frequently. The one I bought for me lasted over 6+ years. I bought another when it finally stopped working after using it every day. I like that it makes 1-1/2 cups of coffee and shuts off. The coffee is hot but not too hot. To make it easy to remove the coffee grounds, I use a regular coffee filter that I cut in half. I had a Keurig that I gave away because I didn't like that the water sat in the machine all the time. I think those are only good if it's in continuous use and I only make the one cup a day.

The Little Coffee Pot That Could
I bought this coffee pot for my office. I didn't want to spend a lot because, honestly, it's work and I always think everything I bring in should be "disposable" or no great loss in case I'd be canned. This fit the bill. It's compact so it really takes up no room on my table (I'm a minimalist, I barely even want the table in my office) and I really like that. The coffee gets very hot, so it lasts me several hours of sipping while I work. The bright blue is very eye-catching and matches my blue office and blue supplies well (I like blue, its my favorite). I like the reusable filter; environmentally friendly. Its very easy to use. The first time I used it the button took a little extra oomph to press in so I thought it may be defective, but once I realized it was sticky I was able to get it working. The button has since loosened up so this isn't a problem anymore. The one thing piece of advice I have is to make sure the cup is pushed all the way under the drip or it splashes a bit. I found this out the hard way: user error. But it didn't really make more of a mess than just some splash around the rim of the cup. Overall, I would buy this again; it makes a good cup of coffee and it fits nicely in my office without being in the way or particularly noticeable (well, the blue does make it stand out, but if you get black you'll be good).

Warped Lid and Power Switch
(UPDATE: 25 MAY 2023) rec'd a comp maker on 22 OCT 2022. Unfortunately, it is now inoperable - same issue, the SWITCH. Operated up to around DEC 2022. Therefore, since DEC 2022 I have been using it, but inoperably . . . . boil water, and quasi simulate the operation . . . . Would not recommend. . . does not turn on coffee maker, properly, each time. Why, Why, Why? I talked to a young lady from ADIRchef to report the power switch was not properly intact. I mentioned quality assurance needs to scrutinize this particular problem more carefully. As I read reviews it was indeed many who could not turn device on. Some could NEVER get it to operate for a cup of coffee. Written at all different time frames. That indicates it has been going on for some time, now. The young lady asked for the lot number, or maybe another identifier. I took a picture of the bottom of the device, hoping that the lot number was there. Never heard from her again. Even wrote again. No response. What is going on with you people? That is such bad business. Terrible, terrible business. I was suggested to just switch to another vendor like ETSY. They may have some things going on with them, too. I was told they are quite reputable. Amazon is going down hill. I have purchased incense and upon arrival light one and cannot believe my nose. It smells NOTHING like what it is supposed to smell like. It was jaw dropping. One pays your employer for a product, and expects it to work correctly. I read good reviews, too. but the ONE star reviews mainly indicated the defect in the power switch, regarding the coffee maker. Seems the entire device is made of plastic. I suppose it passes? The temperature of the water causing chemicals that are carcinogenic to leach away from the plastic, and into your body. That would be expected. I read all over the internet how complaints are pouring in regarding Amazon's reputability. There is more than I had anticipated. The coffee maker is working for me but when closing the top, it is not secure. It is if the heat might have warped the plastic. I know you all did not mfr those makers, Chinese laborers do that. But when the young lady asked me for the number I expected some follow-up. No follow-up. Again, I contacted the young lady by email and wondered what the matter was about. End of problem. It works, but in a dilapidated way. It is kinda of like an episode of the GREEN ACRES, where appliances look workable but are not. Or either Mrs. Douglas forgets to plug in. Amazon sends used items and/or items that have been returned and re-sells them as new. Of course, that is my opinion. I do not know that. From the looks of my device, it seems to be second hand. Push lid down to begin coffee and then when depressing the power button it rolls around in circles. I have learned to turn it on but sometimes the light will not illuminate, which indicates it has not made contact. I actually turn it on at an angle and that usually begins the brewing. Customer should not have to do all those acrobats to begin the coffee. Good day.

Great coffee maker, faulty or overly cheap mug
Let me first say, I just started working from home in the mornings, and then going into the office after lunch. In the past, my routine had been to get coffee on the way to work. Since I no longer have to go in until after lunch, I quickly realized that without my morning coffee I was very unproductive and crabby. So, I started looking for a solution. I wanted a single cup, easy to use, with a washable mug. The AdirChef grabbed my attention with it's colorful options, and I thought it would add a nice bit of color to my otherwise dull kitchen counter. I was skeptical about the quality due to the price. But hey, it's Amazon, and if I was unhappy back it would go. So I ordered it. It arrived, and the next day I made my morning cup of coffee. Everything was great. Nice, fast, hot, good tasting coffee. I did think in the back of my head, this machine seems durable enough, but this cup sure does seem to flex and make little popping sounds. Fast forward to the next morning. I make my cup of coffee, and while it brewed I went to the restroom. When I came back I picked the cup up and realized there was some coffee on the counter. I was confused as to how it got there, but used a paper towel and cleaned it up. Went into my home office and started drinking. I guess I was still groggy, and my mind was not working. It never connected that something might be wrong. I kept having to grab a kleenex and wipe my shirt, as there was a drop of coffee here and there... Apparently, I just thought in my mental fog I was a messy drinker. It was only after setting the cup on my desk and noticing a few minutes later there was a small pool of coffee around the mug. Finally, the light in my head went off, and I realized it had a hole or something. I chugged the last of the coffee in the mug and peered down inside. Sure enough, there is a long crack on the inside of the tumbler. I have no idea how it got there, other than to say the mug is just too cheaply made. I had only hand washed it, and had only brewed 4 total cups in it. (The manual says to run 2 cycles of water through the machine on first use, before making coffee to ensure any contaminants from manufacturing are flushed out). I have decided to keep the coffee maker and not return it, as the maker is good. I was surprised to learn that the replacement mugs they sell are solid aluminum, and therefore will not crack like this plastic one... I guess they had already found out this plastic one sucks. I think they should raise the price a few bucks and include the better version from the start.

Great product. Had it 5 months
My husband and I have had for a few months and its still going strong. We use it a few times a week. No issues and it's small compact and does the job. We had a keurig which broke every 4 months after two purchases. This is better. Simple and works great. I'd recommend
