Ideal for what I need, perfect for traveling with and reusing an old iPad. sadly it is missing the 77mm & 82mm adaptor rings so I can only use it with certain lenses. Tried customer support but impossible . If it wasn't for the missing bits, I would have given it 5 stars as it's 100% perfect for what I need.

This product felt cheap out of the box, I was underwhelmed with its overall quality for the price, being largely plastic, having now weight to it at all. I expected more. Knowing that amazon are great when it comes to returns I ordered with confidence.Sadly the experience of sending it back has been a time consuming nightmare, it is nearly a month since I sent this back, I had to pay for the postage, which was refunded by amazon, I had to ring them to get this returned. I have still not had a refund, I am getting worried that I might never get on. I am so disappointed with how this company have treated me. There has been no offer of good will at all, they do not seem to care about my customer experience at all.

It was a little too small, looks bigger on Amazon.

I've attempted to contact the seller but have not received any reply. The teleprompter's glass is not operating as expected, affecting the video quality. Despite testing with various devices, the issue persists. The problem stems from the glass, possibly due to its colour.

The product is simple.I tried several times to fix my Samsung phone onto the rings.I am not sure if I need to stick EVA lens ring to the 62 mm adapter ring as it looks like the there is not enough space on the adapter ring to push the whole thing into the slot.Anyway, I find that I cannot shot with the front camera. I need to shoot using the front cam era as I shot alone and cannot actually focus myself with the camera. So I end up using another stand for my mobile.any suggestions to use the mobile better is most welcome.I find the clamp for the phone very tight. So much so that I have difficulty adjusting the position of the phone.When I want to use the mic, the shoe mount cannot fit onto my Boya mic. This is because the plastic edge of the teleprompter is too thick. It is thicker than the mic slots. It goes over the thread of the mic shoe mount so it cannot slide in.I am not sure if this is a faulty production, or it is poorly design. It would be good if the plastic is of the correct thickness for the shoe mount.This is so annoying I try to rest the mic on the teleprompter itself.The 3 star rating is because of the shoe mount and the difficulty in adjusting the phone and the rings.

I was excited to get this, but unfortunately, I can't use it because, like other buyers, the product arrive with parts missing, including the adapter ring for my lenses. Disappointing.

Enkel att fälla ihop för transport, snabb att sätta upp för användning, och fungerar perfekt. Jag använder en Fujifilm X-serie kamera och behöver zooma in lite för att inte få mörka hörn, minns inte exakt men kanske till 20 - 30 mm brännvidd eller så. Det kommer med en klibbig tejp så att man kan luta den lite vid behov utan att mobilen eller paddan glider av. Lätt att se, bra resultat.

Ich hab's noch nicht ausgiebig getestet. Der Teleprompter ist praktischer als andere, die ich habe. Gut zu transportieren, einfach aufklappen und ans Objektiv anstecken. ... aber ...- Für ein Handy überdimensioniert, das muss doch kleiner gehen.- Die Last, die auf dem Objektiv und damit auch auf dem Bajonett lastet, ist doch sehr hoch. Ich habe mir also eine Objektivstütze gekauft und dann ist's aber auch schon nicht mehr so praktisch.- Mir fehlt ein Deckel für die Öffnung auf der Rückseite beim Transport. Ich habe da unter den vielen Zubehörteilen nichts gefunden.Also nur bedingte Kaufempfehlung.
