- This extended service (warranty) program offered by Servify (Service Lee Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) governs the support process for mechanical and electrical breakdown/ defects to the extent provided by the Manufacturer’s Warranty for Electrical / Electronic/ Mechanical Products for Headphones / Earphones, Soundbar, Speakers / Portable Speakers (“Device”) sold by Harman International India Pvt. Ltd. (“Harman”) through its official sales channels in India & in its original packaging.
- Coverage under the Plan begins from the next day after the expiry of the Manufacturer’s Warranty on the Device and ends on completion of One (1) Year from the Plan start date (“Plan Term”)
- What is Covered? This plan covers against malfunctioning of the product occuring from any manufacturing defects for your device. Unlimited number of repairs up-to the available Benefits Value at the time of repair requests is allowed during the term of the Plan. All subsequent repair requests shall be considered for paid repair only
- What is not Covered? Unauthorised repair, Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damages, loss and theft of device, damage caused by intentional conduct. This plan cannot be transferred to another person.
- The Plan and Device must be bought together with New device purchased from desertcart. If not, you need to raise a request for plan cancellation within 7 days of Purchase and seek for refund.
- Post Purchase, the plan will be auto activated within 15 days of device purchase date.

- HOW TO RAISE A CLAIM? - Schedule a service at your convenience from your desertcart account itself by navigating to Your Orders section in your desertcart account > go to the product order > click on Get Product Support > schedule an appointment. We use genuine spare parts & repairs carried out through Harman Authorized service centres.
