Wonderful flavor
Made a homemade syrup for my daughter because I donโt like the ingredients of the store bought brands. Omg this was perfect!!!!

Nice Flavoring
This does taste a little different than I was expecting, but since I've never had 'real' maple syrup, I figure that is to be expected. I've been adding this to pecan and pumpkin pies, homemade waffles, cakes, and cookies and it just seems to perk up the flavor. I've added it to a can of Bush's Baked Beans for a little change. I've even lightly brushed this on bacon I was baking in the oven. It's fun to see what I can add this to, as it's a very rounded flavor. It's not going to change the flavor of whatever you're using it in dramatically, just enhance it.

Just buy it!
Didn't know if I would like it or not but it was resonable and I gave it a try. Much better than my go to brand for the last 40 yrs. I bake a lot. I love the smell and it ups the flavor of anything with brown sugar. Remember to use sparingly (1/4 tsp...depending on taste). I cannot use a lot of butter lately due to LDL. So I make a spread for toast or foods i use to put butter on like sweet or baked potatoes, veggies, etc. I use 1/2 c. Salted Butter, 1/2 cup lite olive oil, 1/2 tsp of a butter ext, 1/4 tsp maple flavoring. Mix it up well till nice and smooth and keep in fridge. It never turns rock hard. Of course it cant compete with real butter, but I have chosen to put my health first. Cutting the butter spread with the lite olive oil has more health benefits than all butter

Terrible, bitter, has sugar, inedible, false advertising.
Iโve used this product before and it was just fine. Itโs supposed to be sugar free. It is not. The second ingredient in here is SUGAR SYRUP. The last ingredient is MAPLE SYRUP. I had to throw out a huge batch of cookies due to an awful bitter aftertaste. Loss of my time & good expensive organic ingredients. Also then saw that it was loaded with unwanted sugar! False advertising. Inedible, BITTER, awful product. This supplier needs to be removed!!!

and was happy to find a flavoring agent that uses glycerin
This tastes delicious in certain applications. I am doing a low carb diet, and was happy to find a flavoring agent that uses glycerin, which does not promote the same insulin response as sugar. In my coffee it is delicious. In a cream soda it was rather horrifying. The product is bitter, so works very well when paired with other bitter components, such as coffee or chocolate. Strong taste, reasonable price, happy with the product. I have purchased it many times for use in coffee and plan on continuing.

Not a strong maple flavor - mostly glycerin
I have an old bottle of Frontierโs alcohol-free maple flavor that I love, because of itโs strong maple flavor. It is dark and much more liquid in consistency compared to the new one which is almost clear and is very thick and sticky. I feel like with this (new) one Iโm paying for a bottle of expensive glycerin. Plus the new one has maple-syrup, molasses and sugar in it. So not a sugar-free product. When all youโre looking for is the maple flavor there is no need to add sweetener. Sugar is cheap - we can add it ourselves if we want to. But the biggest disappointment here is how weak the flavor is. With the old one, a little bit went a long way. The new one - you have to add a lot to get enough flavor.

really good!
I used this in an apple pinhead-oats recipe, only 1 tsp, went a long way. Gave my morning oats a wonderful warm maple undertone. If you add brown sugar or stevia with cinnamon and nutmeg along with the 2 chopped granny smith apples, it is a healthy breakfast that will keep you going all morning. 1 tsp of this maple flavour was enough for 1 cup of uncooked oats, 1 cup water, 3 cups almond milk (I like creamy oats), a dash of salt plus the ingredients I already mentioned. I recommend making it all overnight in the slow cooker-8 hrs on low- and you will wake up to a lovely smell in the kitchen! I used the pinhead oats for the slow cooker otherwise normal oats get too mushy.

It's wonderful on popcorn and pudding it in a protein shake.

This works amazingly well
Coming from Canada, I couldn't believe the prices of exported syrup to Spain. This works amazing well with 2/3 brown and 1/3 white sugar, cover with water, and 5 cap fulls of maple flavour.

Used this for a pioneer woman recipe for maple scones ...
Used this for a pioneer woman recipe for maple scones, not sure if you would not get the same flavour using real maple syrup. Nonetheless the scones tasted okay
