The product is like my old pampered chef microwave pot which I loved. I like this, but I have noticed it's not sturdy as my old one. It was also half the price which was good.

So happy!Pampered Chef used to carry something like this & I've been searching for a replacement for a loooooong time! This one might not be as sturdy as the pampered chef one. But it's a dream for streaming veggies, ramen & heating up leftovers in the microwave!

I was looking for a steamer that was lightweight for my trailer. This fit the bill. The down-side of the steamer is it doesn't seem as sturdy as my Pampered Chef steamer and the lid also doesn't lock in place. It still seems to do the job and is BPA free but I would caution about the lid coming off when pouring out the excess hot water when the vegetables are done.

The plastic is very thin. My other steamer had cups marked on the side. This pan lacks any markings. No care like hand wash or dishwashing top shelf. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

This pot is designed for microwave use. It is not sturdy, in my view, a safety hazard for users.The lid does not fit snuggly, so it lifts off when pot lifted by handle. The handle is flimsy and bends when pot picked up. These two issues make it a problem when contents of pot are very hot as contents can spill and burn user. Because the lid lifts when holding handle, draining the liquid from pot requires it be held down by second hand.Would not allow child to use it. The pot is overall is a poor choice.

Easy to use and clean. Good size for steaming vegetables.

We love steamed veggies in our house and this purchase was by far one of my favorites. Easy to use, easy to store as it’s not oversized, and easy to clean. Inexpensive and works well. Just pop into microwave and do what you need to do and get the perfect steamed veggies.
