Jakob Winter JW 51025 CABNB Carbon Design Oblong 4/4 Violin Case

Nicest case on the market. I've bought 2 of them for both my daughters, who are fairly accomplished violinists. They are light as a feather but provide great protection, and removable music pouch is really nice, but attaches with very sturdy velcro. Pricey, but you get what you pay for. If you have even a moderately-expensive violin, makes the investment in a really nice case more reasonable. Great for University students who have to carry their violin--and backpack--around campus. No hygrometer built in, for whatever it's worth. My second daughter wanted a new violin case as a graduation present, heading off to college to play in the university orchestra. Like all middle children, she admires her older sister, but wants to be different too. We looked and looked for a different style violin case that was as nice as this one. Couldn't find one. She eventually gave up and got the same style (different color!) as her sister. She loves it.
