Kind of a chemical smell, not at all like cedar. We wanted to recoat our cedar boards for our closets. So wanted aromatic cedar and this is not it. Returned and got some Giles and Kendall Cedar Oil. That is what you want for aromatic cedar for closets.

This stuff smells wonderful and in conjunction with the other oils, it leaves my hair much softer. I’m using it with a mix of other oils to help regrow my poor hair. The smell alone gets it 4 stars. If my hair grows, I will upgrade it to a five. Too early to tell at this point.

This cedarwood oil is amazing, when properly diluted it quite literally smells like a fresh cut pease of cedar! I think its great and powerful so I use it sparingly.

Cedarwood (Himalayan) is beneficial for pain relief but not hair growth. This is an excellent oil.

Smells like animal pee! Do not buy.

the smell is heavenly. truly clean woodsy cedar fragrance. i use it in my diffuser and visiting friends comment on how great my home smells. add a few drops in your bath water with lavender essential oil and be prepared to sleep like a baby!

This is part of a topical treatment for psoriasis. It seems to be helping and the cedarwood stands out for its fragrance.

The scent is weak, not as rich as I expected...
