Great for workouts.
I dance/work out a lot and often do mat and floor exercises, but i have very thin legs so my knees jut out and bruise super easily. These knee pads have improved my comfort substantially! They’re very thick and comfortable. No more black and bruised knees!

Great for kids who have to kneel a lot- cheerleading, altar boys, martial arts, etc. We got a size small for my son who serves at the altar for Mass. He is 8 and will probably be able to wear them for another year before moving up to a size medium.
