DB-5500 Daelim Dobidos Korean Bidet Heated, Toilet Seat Heated, Bidet Toilet Seat Elongated, Bidet Seat with Dryer, Round Bidet Toilet Seat, Electric Smart Bidet

I bought this in December and by July it stopped working. I tried everything to get it to start working again, followed all of the directions in the manual. The manual says to call customer service, but there is no number to call listed anywhere, so take your chances. Really like it if it was reliable. Hopefully this review gets some attention from the seller and they can help me as the unit is under warranty. The specific behavior is that the 3 water temp lights blink and, in the past, I simply had to run the unit and it would resolve or cycle the power. Now, the lights blink and when I try to run it, the nozzle doesn't extend and water drips out where the nozzle is. The nozzle is not clogged. The nozzle won't even extend when you push the stop button twice. It will extend when the unit is power cycled as a part of its initialization. I tried draining the hot water tank and then having it refilled, cycle the power a bunch of times, nothing works, so I have a defective unit and have no clear way to get a new unit per the warranty.

This bidet seat is well made and installation was easy. Very considerate including installation rubber screw for small & large toilet seat hole. I have been using Dobidos bidet for some time and this one is also outstanding and works well. No Complain at all !

This was our introduction into the world of Bidet's, and although it's controls will occasionally malfunction, overall the Bidet still seems to work great. From my understanding there are electric/smart and non-electric versions of Bidets, with this one being the former. As stated above, the controls will sometimes not respond. I didn't take too much away from the stars for it because the problem usually goes away after about 20 seconds (Really no clue whats up with that). Overall I'd say this is a worthwhile product. If this is your entry into Bidets, you may want to start with a cheaper and easier to install one.

I bought this product knowing this is for round toilet. I saw in description “ round Bidet Toilet seat”, but this seat is not fitting in my round toilet. I bought this six months ago for my house addition. Now my contractor is ready and tried to install it on my round toilet, it doesn’t fit! It is too big. I need replacement of smaller size.

It's a good price but doesn't work on toilets that are all one piece. I was so sad when my handyman told me it didn't fit!!

So many things I like about this bidet toilet seat! I love how easy the bidet was to setup! I love all the wonderful features that comes with this bidet such as the night light, heated seat, water temp adjustment, heated dryer for the rear and the nozzle washer to get your bottom squeaky clean. No more wasted toilet paper and not so clean bottom. Male or female this bidet is for you. This is a purchase you won’t regret.

The product just stopped working. The 3 lights blink next to the water pressure and I am not sure how to contact customer service .
