I returned that hair dryer brush. It smelled like it was burning the first time I plugged it in.

How do you change the voltage for international travel? Can you use only a plug converter or do you need a voltage converter too?

When I travel to other countries, I use a plug converter. I don’t know anything about voltage converter.

Is there a manufacturers warranty?

I threw away the box. Other hot brushes I've bought like this have lasted well over a year.

How much does it weigh?

Not sure how much it Weigh's But for me it is easy to use and fairly light weight, I Love doing my hair with this Brush.
