I work as a software engineer and one of my main hobbies is gaming so I spend a good chunk of my day at my desk, staring at monitors. I also use contacts when I ride my bike. I used to lay down and close my eyes for 10-15 minutes, now I use these drops. For post-contact-removal: Ordinarily when I remove my contacts after a long day, my eyes are a bit strained/dry and it takes a bit for them to adjust back to glasses. Now I pop out the contacts, use a drop of these eye drops in each eye, and I am good to go. Notes: On initial application there is a slight burning sensation. It's not painful, but it does sting slightly.
