Sharp and holds securely
Knife is sharp, good size for carving. Fork holds well. Both appear to be well made.

Cuts any kind of meat like butter. The longer tines of the fork keep your other hand's fingers out of the way more than other carving forks do. Great set, would buy it again!

Extremely great steel and will hold a sharp edge very long time. Suggest using leather to sharpen.
