Review: Nice 60L bag - I'm preparing for a long motorcycle trip and decided to look for a bag to replace my Kuryakyn, which in many ways is a very good quality bag, but I always felt that its round shape provided less room for its footprint compared to a rectangular shape. After shopping around, I wound up ordering this Rhinowalk 60L bag. For about the same footprint as the Kuryakyn, the Rhinowalk has much more room, and items simply fit in it better. I saw some comments about the zippers not being high quality, but I found them to be fine. Maybe that's because I've seen some REALLY cheap zippers. :-) Notably, they slide to open and close easily and don't hang up. I suppose every zipper has its limits, so I wouldn't cram too much in the bag so that you are having to force the zippers closed. Otherwise. I don't foresee any problems. The bag overall is well-made and comes with a nice set of straps. I already made my own nylon tie-down straps with snap hooks and D-rings, so I don't need their tie-down straps. With that said, they should work in most applications. The bag also comes with a couple of nice 36" nylon straps with cam buckles that hold very well. There is an adequate number of D-rings on the bag to make tying it down pretty easy. I know that the bag is not waterproof, but it looks to me that it will repel at least light and maybe even moderate rains. I can see where the zippers might let in a little water compared to the Kuryakyn's very high quality zippers, but the construction of the bag would appear to provide some protection against that. The rain cover comes in a small stuff bag, so it's easy to take along. The rain cover has an elastic band at the bottom and a built-in bayonet strap for extra security. I haven't actually used the bag yet, but based on observation, I'm optimistic that it will do the job just fine. Update: Just completed 6,700 miles of riding, and the 60L bag worked out great. It has all the capacity I need and the side storage areas were handy. I didn't run into any serious rain, so I cannot comment on water resistance, but I probably would not bother with the rain cover unless the rain was pretty heavy. As I mentioned, I used my own straps to tie down the bag, but I did attach a provided strap to each side rail to prevent any lateral sliding just for insurance. I'm happy with this purchase.
Review: Lots of space, good quality - The wife and I do a couple big road trips on the bike each year and haul a lot of clothes and gear for camping and living on the road. This bag has a lot of room and easy to tie things on. You need a large rack to keep it balanced and tied down, probably would hang over the edges of most racks. I did add a thin layer of plywood in the bottom of mine for extra support to avoid the drooping over the rack. It's light weight, but durable. All the zippers are still working well after a few 10 day trips of loading and unloading daily. Glad we got it, works well.

## Features

- 【High-quality material】 The main fabric is made of strong tear-resistant mesh cloth and the overall frame is supported by reinforced steel wire and PE board to ensure overall stability; Anti-slip and wear-resistant material is added to the bottom which is both non-slip and durable.
- 【Scalability】The normal use capacity of the bag is about 40L with the size of 17.3*12.4*12.4 inch. after opening the double-sided stretch zipper, the capacity can be expanded to about 60L with the size of 24.4*12.4*12.4 inch. when folded for storage, it has a very small size of 16.9*13*3.1inch.
- 【User-friendly design】 The top is designed with an elastic elastic band for easy carrying of hanging items; double-sided zippered pocket with ample compartments for easy storage and access; buckle with buckle function closes the buckle when the webbing is tightened. Effectively solves the problem of loosening webbing caused by riding bumps.
- 【Accessories】Provides a shoulder strap that can be attached to the bag and used as a duffel bag when removed from the motorcycle; provides two extension straps to help you secure large items outside the bag; provides four straps to help you secure the bag to the frame; presents a rain cover with a drawstring to protect the motorcycle from rain, even if it is windy, the rain cover will not be blown off.
- 【Applicable models】Large and medium-sized ADV touring motorcycles, short and medium distance street motorcycles, urban retro cruisers.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: does it have an inner frane?**
A: The bag does not have an inner frame. It has panels in the sides that help the bag keep its shape. The side panels fold down and the bag can be collapsed flat if needed.

**Q: looks like an amazing bag. Are there any additional straps so you can use it as backpack as well ?**
A: It does come with extra straps but they are more for securing the bag to a motorcycle and it does not have straps that would be appropriate to use as a backpack.

**Q: Will this work on s Honda NC750X?**
A: Yes, it's readily available on the NC750X and other adventure (ADV) motorcycles.

**Q: Is 8 in of rack on my motorcycle enough to secure this bag**
A: 8 inch if rack space could work if you are not packing loose items. The bottom of the box is a bit too weak to say "100% it will work".

The box is about 12 inches front to back and it hangs off my bike about 1 inch in the back no problem. If you hang off 4 inches and load it half full of loose golf balls, it is probably going to really bend that bottom piece if you hit speed bump at 35mph.

However I would attach some thin plywood or a strong plastic sheet to the bottom of the box and it would certainly work then.
