Yes, it comes with a Base coat, a Matte top Coat and a Gel top coat. This is one of the reasons I decided to buy this bundle, because it has all the coats plus the color. I have a lot of clients that like matte top coat.

Q: Can i use any uv led lamp?

Yes, as long as the the UV LED lamp you are using has sufficient power to cure the gel.

Q: Is the polish pigmented enough for stamping?

Maybe some of the darker colors
