AWFUL Customer Service Woman- Defensive and Finger Pointing Blame for a Petty Issue
The Harness simply tore, in an oddly perfect clean line. Possibly from wear and tear (doubtful though), but more likely it's a manufacturer's default on a specific area of the harness material. Clean line with no teeth marks, scratch marks, etc is not from a dog chewing, especially from a dog that has NEVER chewed it once EVER. The dog does not bite or chew the harness, simple fact here, nor does it chew anything else, and it's only been on under direct supervision on walks. In addition to that, it's in an area that the dog could NOT even reach with its mouth!! LADY, WAKE UP PLEASE. Stop lying here to these people who love and just care for their dogs. Do the right thing opposed to finger pointing and blaming your customers, to protect your bottom line $$. The bossy know it all woman who answered the phone number (845-807-7748), was so beyond disrespectful for no reason, for simply telling her that I did not want to argue and that my dog simply "Did NOT chew the harness," she went on and on about blaming the dog. I said it may be simple wear and tear, maybe a manufacturer's default, and asked can you replace this, and she went on and on ranting about the dog chewing it as the ONLY POSSIBLE REASON. She was frantic and defensive, loud, yelling, and talking over me. Disgusting human. I never argued or raised my voice once, she just didn't like that I was not accepting her pitch and stupid theory on this petty matter. Sounded like she was very used to this pitch, and this problem, meaning a manufacturer's defect that she did not want to admit to, and still wanting me to pay for a discounted replacement. I said I would pay for a discounted unit if I had to, could you ship it today though, but she offered a much more minimal discount of only 10% to do that. So basically full price all said and done. She continued to be so manic and bossy and defensive about it being my dogs fault, and that I don't know what I'm talking about, I probably don't watch my dog closely, then she simply just hung up the phone and that was that. Unreal. No resolution for anything, no help at all for my dog's perfectly torn harness issue. I've now read about similar issues with this woman, so I figured I'd leave a "review" for potential buyers to have the ability to read, if they are considering dealing with this poorly ran company. Thanks for nothing, seek some help, it will all come back around eventually I'm sure.Take care of your dogs everyone, be safe, and be careful of this product, the dog will get loose eventually.

Keep your pet in control
For dogs that are difficult to walk e.g. a food motivated Labrador that wants to pick up every piece of food on a city walk, this harness gives the walker a bit more control to manage the pulling

This harness is our absolute favorite! We've tried multiple harnesses and collars
This harness is our absolute favorite! We've tried multiple harnesses and collars, but always come back to the freedom no pull harness. With three areas of adjustment (chest, shoulders, and between the legs) we are always assured the perfect fit. We generally use the front leash attachment, but use both the front and back when we know our dog will be pulling a lot (adventures to new and exciting places). By clipping to the front, you get a similar function/control as the easy walk harness, but we feel that it is more secure/will not slip off (a problem we had with the easy walk). The front clip is also nice as you can still use it with winter jackets (that do not cover the belly but have a neck and chest strap). We prefer to use our own convertible/double ended leather leash. No issues with chafing either. We had our first one for 3 years and bought a new one to replace it-- it still functionally works great but was just looking a bit beat up after many adventures and washings. We have a size large for our 65 pound pit bull.

durable and appears to be comfortable. It has a back clip and a front ...
The harness is very well made, durable and appears to be comfortable. It has a back clip and a front clip - the front clip works very well stopping my dog from pulling. My only complaint would be the side of the harness where the chest strap attaches. From using the front clip, this area gets bunched up - and it as it is a very good material, it is not easy to smooth out again. Besides that one issue, I am very pleased with the durability, and ability to adjust all connections to ensure a proper fit.

These harnesses are truly amazing. As a dog trainer
These harnesses are truly amazing. As a dog trainer, I encourage my clients to help teach their dog how to walk nicely on a leash and this harness helps do just that. The chest clip is great for re routing the dogs center of gravity and focus while walking. With proper training, and the guidance of the chest clip, dogs can learn how to walk calmly with a loose leash. Once this goal is reached, you're free to use the back clip to allow for more freedom, comfort, and ease.On a side note though....I'm almost positive I ordered an orange harness, and i got a red one. My OCD would like her harness to match her leash, but it's not the end of the world :)

Lots of adjustments, plus has both front and back leash clips
Love this harness!! Lots of adjustability to ensure a great fit. Absolutely NO rubbing, which was a problem we had encountered with other harnesses. We even used this harness on our dear, departed tri-pawed (three legged) boy, a testament to the ability to adjust and customize the fit. Our 60lb hound pulls like she's a sled dog. The front leash attachment helps mitigate the pulling. And as her leash-walking skills have improved (with a lot of positive training work!), it's been nice to be able to switch the leash to the back clip. The harness is very secure and would be very difficult for a dog to slip. Great color selection. Highly recommended!

Great harness! I can see that my dog likes ...
Great harness! I can see that my dog likes it much better then any of the collars he wore before - no unpleasant pulling by the neck. Part of the harness that goes around the belly is made of velvet which makes it soft. For me it's much easier to control the dog with this harness. Easy to put it on and off as well. The materials are durable, wash easily both by hand or in a washer machine. We've been using it for two months - it is as good as new! Plus it is very pretty!!! I got it in green - the color is vivid and looks dressy! Love it! Highly recommend this product!

The harness is great - I got two
The harness is great - I got two, one for each dog. The only problem is that one had a defect and is ripping. The other one is perfect and both dogs are equally using them. My trainer recommends this harness and has had no problem over several years of using them, so I have to believe the one just had a defect. I will be returning that one for a replacement.
