Add some coconut milk to these and taste the magic. Best commercial product I've found. Each flavor is so bold, fresh. Amazing really. With other brands, the more you add, the more heat you get. I don't find this brand particularly hot at all. The spice flavor is dead on, add heat to your desired level.

Only tried the Masaman so far, but it was delicious. The only improvement I would like is if they came with a lid to reseal them. There are only two of us, so we do not use up the whole container on one meal - and really we make enough for 4 and still had leftover. Not a big issue - I just covered it and stored in the fridge. Looking forward to trying the other flavors. We love Thai food, and this tasted just like our favorite restaurant seasoning.

The Massaman and Panang Curry Paste are quite good and even spicey. Use these with coconut milk to blend according to your taste buds. Didn’t like yhe Green Curry Paste at all. I assume it’s just a matter of taste and what you use it with. These are the closest I’ve come to my favorite Thai restaurant. You can add to rice, potatoes or vegetables and chicken. Much better than grocery varieties and not pricey.

10/10 best curry paste. Packed with flavor. Can't get anything else now.
