Okay, we all know that customer service, in general, has died in America. Even what used to be a "premium" coffee shop like Starbucks. When I ask for a Vente Mocha and get what looks like a blonde coffee and ask why does this look blonde and why doesn't it taste like chocolate, I get a dead stare (deer in the headlights look)....so goodbye SB and hello to making my own at home at less than 1/3 the price. These are the perfect size and when you use the Ghirardelli Mocha Frappe mix (available on Amazon for $27 for over 30 24oz drinks), you can't go wrong. Thanks for the fast shipping and 600 cups! LOL

It's hard to find the 24 oz cups. Overall they are great, been buying them for the last 10 years. I've noticed that there is about a 10% defective rate. Either the bottoms are not flat, or the lip is formed weird so the lid doesn't fit properly. Overall, it's a good product. I'd like to see a better % of bad vs good. Just too hard to find to go somewhere else.

When my family gets together, we always use plastic cups and over the years we would use the Solo cups, but the large ones were either blue or red and we couldn't see through them. These Dart 24 oz cups are the perfect size for adults, they are very sturdy, and it easy to see when someone needs a refill.
