The Baby's Busy Day: 3 book gift set is a fun set of books for babies and toddlers. The set of books is nicely packaged and comes with three short books with few (if any) words and cute stylized illustrations. The board book has some simple sentences and sound effects written out while the bath and bed books only feature illustrations. All of the books feel durable enough to withstand the handling of tiny fingers. The only complaint is that there is a large hang tag in the middle of the book on the cloth bedtime book, but that's easy enough to cut out with a pair is sharp scissors. Overall, this is a cute set to introduce the love of reading to babies and toddlers and are simple and engaging enough for them to peruse through.

The books are fine. They have illustrations only, no text. They are best for infants or imaginative storytelling with toddlers. My problem with it is the price. Yes, the books are well-made, but, they are so simple, so why do they cost so much? Other than that, yes. They are engaging for babies with color and texture variations. If it is affordable for you, it's a decent set.

I love the style of illustration which is whimsical and adorable. The words relate to all of the images and help new ones start a love of reading. You get three books which makes this an excellent value. A board book for the daytime, a plastic book for bath, and a soft cloth book to help the child sleep.

This book set is perfect for any child over the age of 3 months. It comes with a sturdy board book, a book that can be used in the bathtub, it's very easy to wipe down and clean, and a cloth book that is perfect for smaller children! The colors in each book are so vibrant and the little stories are great for young minds. This set is very giftable, but I would say it's best for a younger baby than an older one.

This is a really cute idea for a baby gift. I got this for my 22 month old, and while the bath book would be one that might keep her interested because of the material and the fact she can use it in the bath, she wasn't really all that interested in the other books. Mostly because her attention span for books is beyond just one page words and now we are reading more like paragraphs. So I think that this is for younger babies (I mention this because I saw "young children" in the description and I don't think that's accurate). It's also kind of a lot more than I'd expect for what the books actually are. There's not much of a story to them, but the illustrations are nice. Overall, cute for a baby gift and not for "younger kids/toddlers" in my opinion.

Such cute set for a baby! It’s more like a toy than book sets, especially babies aren’t reading but rather seeing the images/colors, feeling the texture, and generally playing with it. And it’s great for that purpose with different textures for each book. I’ve seen many board books and fabric books but the bathtub book is a first, and it’s wonderful. It’s waterproof plastic material that babies can play with and get it wet, and they can even work on their scholastics in the bath.

let's get books into kids hands as soon as possible! That's my motto, and this is a perfect set for our brand new grandson. He's still a bit young for them but we look forward to his using them. We like that there is a board book and cloth books. The images are brightly colored and this set is perfect for 6 month - 1 yr, maybe 1 1/2 years old. Fun addition that there is a book for the bath!
