I keep the cooling packs in the refrigerator (not the freezer) and it stays refreshingly cool during use. Both sides of the eye mask are very soft. The mask is also generously-sized so that it covers my forehead and temples too. The velcro flap on the back keeps the entire mask securely in place during use.

I have never used a cold eye mask before. I’m hoping it will help reduce the bags under my eyes. I like the fact that it covers more area below the eyes than other masks I looked at. And I can see through it. I can watch tv or work on the computer while wearing it. I can even wear my glasses over it. The soft fuzzy side is very nice next to the skin. Coolness seeps through, but it's not real cold. I tried putting the plastic side against my skin and it was painfully cold. I haven’t used it enough to know if will help my problem, But it certainly is worth a try while not interfering with my daily life.

Good mask but unfortunately doesn't last long.

I not only got one for me but I got one as a gift as well and both myself and the gift receiver love our eye masks! I have seen a reduction to the dark circles and puffiness under the eyes and my eyes feel more awake each time I use it. I would suggest this product as the value is there in every area! Price and quality of product.

An absolute need if you are getting wisdom teeth removed! The material on the inside is smooth. Definitely a lot easier having this wrapped around your jaw vs just holding ice packs on. If the ice packs are too cold I just put a thin washcloth over for a barrier from my face. I actually purchased 2 sets just to have extra ice packs since I wasn’t sure how they would freeze and you would be fine with just one package! I replace the ice packs every 15 minutes and they stay cold since I’m putting them back in the freezer right away. Definitely worth it!!

I ordered this product to come the day before I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed at 34yrs old. It's rough! But this product was a game changer. I shudder to think the state I would have been in had I not ordered this product. The first 48 hours I iced my swollen face and then every day after until I felt I relief I heated the packs. Best investment ever. And even better that it was covered by my HSA card.

Doesn’t stay cold long enough; but works while it’s cold.

I’ve had this since July 2023 and didn’t have any issue other than it not staying cold for long until I hand washed it in the sink. The material inside completely changed and no longer works. It specifically says to not use the washing machine and to only hand wash - clearly you can’t do that. I do not recommend as it’s not washable..that’s highly unsanitary and it doesn’t stay cold for long. Wish I could get my money back.

Je cherchais quelque chose de froid pour mes migraines. Il a été utilisé environ 5 fois seulement, et il vient de ressortir tout bouchonné du congélateur. Je n'arrive pas à remettre le truc refroidissant à plat tout autour de ma tête. Ça devrait être cousu ensemble! Vraiment déçue de mon choix.

The media could not be loaded.  I had this product for about a month. When I took it out of the freezer last time it looked like this and never returned to normal.
