The shipping was quick thank you very much. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great fit, looks well made, nice pedal feel. Only time will tell. *by R***Y on August 22, 2024* Put it on my 1997 4Runner SR5 4x4 that would lose power brakes intermittently. With 330k miles, it wasn’t worth deciding between the check valve or the booster diaphragm. And for $70, not worth the time to investigate. New one was a drop in, took about 30 min. perfect fit. 1) remove the spring and cotter pin from the pedal linkage pin 2) remove the pedal linkage pin 3) unbolt the 4 nuts to the firewall. I used a deep well socket and u-joint/swivel extension. worked well. 4) pull the vacuum line under the hood 5) unbolt the master cylinder 6) Install in reverse. NOTE: my factory nuts were 12mm but the new ones were 13mm. was all I needed except a 10mm to drop the dash panel because i accidentally let the other end of the pedal spring unhook from the dash. So keep an eye on that. There’s a plastic protective boot on the pedal side you need to remove first. My OEM booster had a grommet that goes the between the booster housing and the firewall. New one didn’t have this so i installed the original.
