It’s well made and soft. However maybe her foot is too small because its not supporting her foot like it thought it would. Her ankle doesn’t lay flat in the back which also defeats the purpose I need it for. I think I need something that’s not so flexible.

Only comes with two straps. All Amazon photos of the product show three. Does not stay on well or keep ankle neutral. Top strap is too short to wrap around and secure well.
