Not very well done
The artwork is cute, but the mug itself is not very well done. The artwork is off-center on the mug. Not sure if that was by choice, but it is a bit unprofessional looking. The bottom does not indicate if it is microwave or dishwasher safe.But my main issue: the sticker on the bottom is almost impossible to remove entirely. I peeled it off piece by piece and after that washed it with dish soap and a scrubber for more than five minutes. When the residue would not come off, I then scrubbed it with a metal-wool type scrubber and the residue would still not come off. I will have to purchase some goo gone to remove entirely I am sure. I was planning on giving as a give but cannot anymore because my attempts to remove the residue have scuffed up the bottom of the mug. Not sure what adhesive was used, but this should not be so difficult to remove. Soap and water should not even have to be used, but should definitely have been sufficient. They were not.The artwork sucked me in, but I do not consider this to have been a good purchase.

Beautiful and inspirational!
This mug was a gift and is a perfect blend of my two favorite things....yoga and coffee. I have used it every day since I got it and the message still has not gotten old. Just reading it brings a smile to my face. This is a great gift because, hey, who cannot use a dose of beauty and positive inspiration in their day?

It's a mug so will use it for hot beverages but it's also something that gives you a sense of calm as you start your day.
