Neat instrument. Very calming and easy to play

I was concerned about my purchase because of negative reviews on mass produced Hand pans coming from China. I took a chance because of the low price. I was very pleased, the box arrived with a small hole in the side, but the hand pan was safe and well packaged and shipped inside the soft padded case. The tone was exceptional on all the notes and in tune. I bought the 12-note version and highly recommend it for anyone who is starting out on hand pan.

Pretty nice handpan for the money ig I’ll have to see how long it holds its tune though

1.) Stand too short, and un stable and cheap- have to buy a bigger one; 2.) manual & numbers only cover up to an 11 note pan, I bought the 14 note pan. 3.) the paint wore off immediately from rubber mallet use of mallets provided 4.) mallets provided are too short, had to buy longer mallets 5.) no info about manufacturer or distributor provided such as phone number and email address so I can’t contact them about these issues directly! 6.) no option to contact seller or manufacturer provided by amazon under product support! 7.) none of my issues are listed under product support options!

The 14 tone is deeper, fuller than the lighter one, it is easy to play and has play by play instructions you youtube, it's calming and the melody it gives is very soothing. It is a wonderful instrument. It should be used in therapy.

Arrived with one note visibly damaged and out of tune. Still fun to play and a good first-time learners pan.

Being a Latin percussionist since I was six, I incorporated bongo techniques to play the instrument, and I fell in love with the hand pan the moment I started playing it. This drum is at 432 Hz, so it has healing qualities. I recommend it as a first-time player of these instruments; it was enjoyable for me. I will be making TikToks playing this drum

Absolutely as advertised! The sound quality and craftsmanship are both excellent. Its very easy to begin learning how to play. The notes are in harmony with each other, so you can't make a mistake. I'm very pleased with my purchase and I bet my grandson is going to want one too!

The quality is bad, the surface is not smooth as if it has been used roughly and packed again to sent to me.

Apesar de ser um handpan “barato”, superou todas as minhas expectativas e estou muito satisfeito com a aquisição.

Ok I’ve played hand pan before and there’s a small learning curve with each one. How you strike the drum, where you hit the note to achieve the desired sound. And this one is different to another that I own, but in a good way! After a short while I’m able to achieve beautiful sounds and great resonance, and it’s fun and very meditative to play. It doesn’t have the same range and resonance as a $2000 instrument but it stall sounds great and represents incredible value for money at the price. I bought the 12 note one which is surprisingly intuitive to play despite having higher notes grouped together - it’s actually pretty easy to range between them . Instrument is also properly tuned and in key which is also an added bonus !

A few of the notes on my one went out of tune pretty quick.... The rest sound great
