Definitely helped keep me hydrated while on the golf course all day long during an Oklahoma summer...but tasted like orange TUMS mixed with Tang. Not a fan of the flavor.

I do strenuous workouts (sometimes even do doubles) and this stuff really gya me through. Helps me not feel sore and seems to enhance my endurance. Until I find something better, ill never be without it.

The product worked great, but much to my dismay, they add steva. I'm extremely sensitive to stevia. It gives me terrible migraines. I learned the hard way during a long endurance cycling event that the product contained stevia. I should have read the label closer. :-(
