Would this fit a Rock Island 1911 TCM TAC Ultra MS HC?

I think you'd be OK. My 1911 has a 5" barrel and it fits fine.

It fits but sticks a little out the package . I loosen the adjustable screw under the bottom and made it a little better. It comes with Allen wrench to adjust the holster
