Not what I expected, but excellent.
I was actually looking for those typical light green, crinkly, thin jalapenos like you get on an Olive Garden salad or with a Papa John's pizza. These look like fresh jalapenos, they are thick and full of flavor. I guess I would call them "home style." Totally different than what I was looking for, but pleasantly surprised. I am thoroughly enjoying them.

Expiration date is less than 3-months
I know these are a good brand, and that they are the right heart for how I plan to use them. I'm really disappointed that I'm getting canned goods with a shelf life of 3 months. That is not okay.
