Just used over the last week on Pembroke's beaches. Very happy with it. Folds down very small, dries well, keeps the wind out and is big enough to lie on.

It's a lovely soft material but not as absorbent as other microfiber towels I have.

Bought these for a trip with my wife, my son and his partner to the beach. My son is a surfer and I thought these would make it easier for him to peel off his wetsuit. However, the house we rented had a hot-tub so we spent most of the time using them around the tub. I only bought three. I reasoned that, on the beach one of us would always be looking after my son & his partner's baby. Using them round the hot-tub, we needed four. Guess who never got to use one?My son and his partner liked them so much they took two home.

Took it on a uk holiday to use after getting out of the swimming pool and sea. Its great, easy to pop on and take your swimming cozzie off underneath while you dry out and keeps you protected from the wind. Sand brushes off it easily and it also folds up fairly compact.

I like the colour and the shape and the size.However, I was disappointed to find that it's not really absorbent after a shower at the pool. I would have preferred proper towelling. If your skin is wet, it sticks to your body in places instead of soaking up the wetness as a towel would. Obviously I could not return it after use, but if you want it more for discreet drying than as a cover up, I would not recommend. I would not buy it again.
