Reformer - Pilates Reformer Workout Machine for Home Gym - Cardio Fitness Rebounder- Up to 300 lbs Weight Capacity, Gray

Recently upgraded to this new Pilates machine from Stamina products. We have had an earlier model, the Stamina Products JP4500, for around 15 years and the only thing we recently replaced were the rollers. Impressed with their reliability we ordered this product. We had a few minor issues primarily related to the shipment but Connie from customer service went above and beyond to address them to our complete satisfaction. The assembly of the product was relatively easy and I was able to complete it leisurely in about 45 minutes. All the tools are provided and the assembly instructions are clear. The product itself is great and compares very favorably to the professional equipment we use at the Gym, for a fraction of the price. In addition to the the usual features this also has the Rebounder that gives you a great cardio workout. It comes with a work out wall poster (and videos) that are simple to do and exercise almost every part of your body including legs, abdominals, hips, obliques, thighs etc. In just a week of use my wife and I notice a signifiant improvement in our flexibility and muscle strength. The cushion pad is wider than what we had with the older model and very comfortable. We also bought the optional pull up bar and that provides even more exercise possibilities. It's not often that you get a great product that is matched with excellent customer service, particularly in these trying times. However this AeroPilates Reformer from Stamina is one of them.

I purchased this for an Xmas gift for my wife and this is her review: This is a really good started reformer for home use. Pilates classes are $$ and this along with YouTube and free workouts from Balanced Body have let me workout in the comfort of our garage. I did spend for a few extras and I’ll explain. 1. Aeoropilates box and pole - this is perfect and it takes the reformer to a different level. 2. Double handles - the included handles are okay but I love using the double straps, more effective. 3. Cable upgrades - machine comes with four black cords. I bought a yellow and two reds for better resistance control 4. Pull up bar - easy to install and I’m looking forward to the focus on the upper back muscles. Overall it’s a great machine. I would recommend you compare this to the 700 units. The foot bar seems to be much wider and the rebounder appears taller. Those are my only complaints about my reformer. The narrow platforms don’t give you as much space to work.

I'm new to Pilates with a reformer (I've done mat in the past). However, because of my back injury, I've had to really adjust what I can and cannot do. I searched a lot of different reformer options but decided to go with this one because of the reviews and cost. I've been working with it for a few weeks and have really enjoyed my workouts. I can't get down onto the floor very well, so the raised legs really help. This machine has had everything I've needed for the workouts I've found on YouTube (I haven't viewed the DVDs that came with it yet). It glides easily and the bands are easy to add/take away. The cuffs are comfortable as well. I'm 5'5" and it fits me well; my husband is 5'10" and is able to work out on it, too. I highly recommend this machine, especially for the cost and free delivery with Prime!

So, my machine arrived yesterday. I had initially considered returning it because I did not think I could put it together. I was so intimidated contemplating assembling it, but in truth it was very easy. It took about 40 mins. If I knew what I was doing it would have taken much less. I was glad about the stand because I have bad knees and getting on the floor is very difficult for me. I think the padding could have been thicker especially in reflection of the cost. tomorrow I will have my daughter help me put it on the stand and then I will try it out. Just the simple movement of going up and down on the seat is something. I really think I am going to enjoy this machine. The cardio stand is sturdy and of good quality. In all, I am glad I decided to keep it. Update: After several weeks of using this machine I became disillusioned as it really is not steady, feels uncomfortable. The pully straps are really cheapply made and I just could not align the length to suit my full range of motion. It really looked like a practical machine, but unfortunately I have to tell you all not to buy. The cost does not equal it use. Thusly, I have wasted my money. If you want a good home machine you really have to try it first nd be really for fork out a lot more money to get a good standard machine. For me, I will just hve to wait until the gym reopens.

I am obese so I really like the wide bench which gives a feeling of security - I don't feel like I am going to fall off. I LOVE how it helps stretch and has already increased my flexibility in a short time. The videos are very easy to follow and the movements are slow and controlled so it is easy to follow along. I feel my muscles working. For my 14 yr old daughter and 17 yr old son - they don't feel "anything" when using the machine - both relatively in great shape. I think they don't understand holding your core.......I am glad I made this purchase rather than other machines that are more expensive. This machine allows me to stand on one end without the worry of the other end coming up to work on the additional exercises. I still have room to grow into the machine for years to come. Great investment for the money. I highly recommend!

It isn’t quite as sturdy as I thought it would be. I have to get up to get the ropes and adjust them on different exercises.

I was going to buy this reformer from the manufacturer so was pleasantly surprised when I found it on Amazon for a couple hundred dollars less. I love this reformer. It's perfect for a Pilates beginner like me. I can do all the exercises needed and it's very sturdy. I love that it is portable so I was able to take it with me on an extended vacation. If you're a Pilates pro already, I would say this machine isn't for you but I can see myself using it for a year or two and then upgrading. Great reformer for the money!

Muy buen aparato. No ocupa espacio y además cumple muy bien la función de un reformer. Me parece un poco corto para estirar bien.

Appareil facile à assembler. Par contre je mesure 5.3 " et il est trop long ce qui empêche de faire les mouvements adéquats. Sinon parfait pour débuter .
