Great maps, really solid descriptions and lots of photos. Highly recommend!

Good guide, giving outlines of all places to see/go in the various areas of Munich. Was able to plan 2 walking tours and 1 u-bahn jump-off/on tours around the main sites/areas of Munich using the info. Small map and small u-bahn map also useful. Worth the money.

The media could not be loaded.  These DK Publishing Top 10 travel guides are excellent, i really like the simplicity of them with sections and attractions, restaurants, etc. broken down into lists of 10 suggestions. I find these guides fairly unbiased and don’t necessarily shortlist just the main and touristy traps but includes other hidden gems and suggesions off the beaten track. I find some bigger, heavier guides too stuffy and boring to use and these days most people would prefer to use the Internet rather than a good old fashioned book so i find the neat and compact concept of these Top 10 books really good for this reason, much more simple and straight to the point.Includes a handy city map with street index which folds out of the back cover plus there is a city and U Bahn (subway) pocket map included too. Will be really handy for an upcoming trip to Munich and inexpensive value at an RRP of £8.99. Very pleased with this book.

This is a handy guidebook for Munich. Easy to fit in a pocket or a bag and it has a useful map tucked into the back page.As guidebooks go, this is a great one!

Always love a guide book, and having many brands to compare helps…. But this DK book has concise information, beautiful pictures, u-bahn details, and handy size especially with great fold away maps in the rear.
