LG Tone Free T60Q - Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling True Wireless Bluetooth Uvnano+ Earbuds

Use these with my work Thinkpad as dedicated earbuds. Had an older version that I had worn out and battery life had decreased after 2 years of daily use (I have a LOT of video meetings). These connect seamlessly, and battery life is great. Using one at a time for 6+ hours a day works well. Only have to charge them 2 or 3 times a week, maybe less. My only complaint is the default volume is pretty loud—I often have to lower it. My old LG Tone earbuds didn’t do this. But who knows—could be due to a wonky Microsoft Teams update, which happen all the time. So no stars deducted as troubleshooting has not yet identified the problem.

The left earbud broke in half at the seam. The adhesive holding it together failed. This was not abused. It was well taken care of. The quality of the earbuds is the worst out of the 6 pairs I have owned. LG's customer service is worse than their very bad product quality. Stay away.

I bought these earbuds because I love the Tone Free FP9'S I had. Horrible idea. Should have just bought another pair of FP9's because these ones have been giving problems for the last six months. The problem: the right earbud just doesn't know where it's at and becomes unresponsive. It's especially frustrating at 3 am when the earbud thinks it's in my ear and continues to play music IN THE CASE. I'm tired of trying to fiddle them to the point that they register being in the case, or being out of the case. Do not buy these. You may be disappointed, especially with this price tag.

The left ear bud does not charge or work. The connection pins have been cleaned multiple times yet it still does not charge or turn on.
