Product did not deliver what was advertised
Ordered these because of color and because it stated “ metallic”. What arrived were orange paper pompoms. Inaccurate advertising. Subpar material then what was ordered. Paper does not hold up in the rain. We’re do I get my money back/ correct product delivered?

Quality matches price. I just got them. They fluff up nicely if you work them the right way. Be sure to separate strands and then scrunch like you are scrunching hair. They fluff up nicely. I got black and gold. No smell. Hand pictured for size.
