This stuff works, at least for me, it has done exactly what it says. Yes, it is costly, but after wasting so much money and MORE importantly time on other crappy alpha lipoic acid supplements that promise the world and give no results, I would easily continue to take this!! It has brought me and my wife's mobility back from arthritis hell. No more knee pain, or joint stiffness, easily climb the stairs. After taking for a week I was sleeping for about 6 hours before my legs would begin to twitch and I’m beginning to think I might go to 8 or 9 hours before much longer.
