Good size good performance 4 in 1 welder. I tried it on two pieces of rebar and it worked beautifully. What I'm trying to do is weld four pieces of rebar in order to create a base for a garden bed. The tool works great in 120 outlet and delivered a real good consistent weld. Great value for the money considering that you're getting a 4 in 1 welder instead of having the purchase individually. The tool is lightweight and isn't heavy really easy to maneuver and pick up. The dials in the control and the tool are real easy to see they have great visibility to make adjustments as you need them. I really like that the tool is bright red so it's easy to find when it's stored in my storage building. The fit and finish on the tool and all the accessories that came along with it are real nice and of good quality.

This little welder works better than I ever thought possible for anything so inexpensive. I have a TIG welder, but I love having this welder for quick jobs. It is tomy. I can use it anywhere in the shop or outside and I can run it off my battery&inverter so it is very portable. Something that may not be obvious is that you can fine tune voltage manually. My welds don't look great yet, but a bit more experience should fix that. I am running Blue Demon E71T-11 .035 wire.

Awesome machine, makes welding a breeze and so far is going strong. Easy to use and safe. For price point it’s an awesome buy.

*I WILL UPDATE THIS WHEN I’VE RUN THE MACHINE LONGER* These are just my initial thoughts on the Arccaptain Mig200 I’ve tried the Mig setting using some 0.030 flux core wire. Setting up the wire is super easy and almost impossible to mess up. The stinger it comes with is actually pretty nice for what your get, and the mig gun could be a little better quality, but they’ll both work! This machine has 3 knobs and 6 buttons.. I’m 26 and I’m not a huge fan of machines having screens, so figuring out how to use this thing was a pain in the rear to me When I was able to actually weld with it, it was super nice and didn’t have any hooks ups… other than trying to figure out temperature and wire speed. I’ll update this when I’ve got at least another 6 months of use From it.

I have used this for wire feed welding with gas shielding. I picked up a 40cf ARCo2 cylinder on Amazon for about $200. Got solid copper .35 wire from harbor freight and it’s worked fine. One thing I will say, I was unable to run it above 80amps on the 110v adapter plug. I paid to have an electrician install a 50amp breaker and outlet. That cost me $150 in Arizona. Once I did that I could run it all the way up to 200 amp setting without any problems. I am new to welding and this has been a great machine to practice with. I have been welding 12ga practice coupons at 125 amps no problem and getting good quality results. This is a great machine as long as you are willing to make the investment in the right power and tools. Very happy and I think this will be great for the small projects I want to do around the house.

Great welder for the price. Easy to set up, the display is clear, and it runs smoothly. Works well for different types of welding and feels solid and reliable.

Great welder. Very impressed. I'm not a welder and if you stay with it it will do a great job for a novice. One thing to remember use in a very well ventilated area be advised. Worked for my lawn deck.

I am writing this going off what my husband told me about this welder. He is a welder of 25+ years. He loves the weight of the welder, and everything that came with it. He believes it will hold up well, as he hasn't used it yet but has one at the shop he works in and likes that one. The looks and options are great, pleased with all the functions. Definitely a good buy.

Welder is incompatible. In email from manufacturer, seller is not authorized by ARCCAPTAIN to sell in Amazon.in. It provides no support or service here. The Welder is provided with incompatible gas tube which incompatible with Gas regulators in India. The welding wire roll is smaller and not available in the locally. We get 15 kg roll which is big and wouldnt fit. 220 V /110V plug not suitable.

I'm not a pro welder, but I’ve done a bit here and there. Got this ARCCAPTAIN welder to fix up some garden stuff—like welding trellises for climbing plants, repairing metal pots, and touching up small garden tools. For jobs like that, it works great. The controls are easy to figure out. You just pick the wire size and it sets the power and feed speed for you. No need to fiddle too much, which is perfect when you just want to get things done. It’s super light too. I carry it out to the backyard without any trouble. Makes it a lot easier when you're moving around the yard or working at a friend’s place. One thing though—it doesn’t come with a welding mask, which is a must. I had to buy mine separate. Would be nice if they included one or offered it at a discount. For this price, it’s a great and practical choice. It’s not fancy, but it does the job and it’s perfect for small repairs and garden projects like mine.
