Amazing lure, not too sure on practicality!
Lure was charged for 4-5 hours before use. Setup on the rod within 2 mins and away we go. Caught a 15lb pike within 5 mins of using this lure, after detangling the lure out of the net (with the motor still coming off and on as it was still wet, this took around 10 mins) it didn't seem to work after that. Took it home and put it in a bucket of water and it would swim for around 3 seconds then stop and not come back on. No weeds caught in the propellor and the lure had a few scratches from the bite so visually its alright. I charged it for 2-3 hours and took out again but wouldn't swim at all. Estimated swim time is 30 mins to an hour. After much thought I think there's nothing wrong with my lure and that the run time is an estimate. I've bought 2 other electric lures off this listing today and I'm going to charge them and see if this short run time is a one off or if they all actually work 15-45 mins. 5 stars because it is a brilliant lure. 4 stars cos you'll need a 4+ if you wanna use electric lure for a few hours which will cost a lot of money for lures that can get snagged and lost. I will post another review after using them all.

Good idea but bad quality on mine
I'm not sure if this is the quality of my unit but there seems to be dry paint which makes the movement of the middle sections very tight and very loose on the other side. This means when I put it in only the back sections wiggles. Is everyone's like this or should I exchange?

Yes it swims ..... BUT!
I was going on holiday to Clearwater Beach FLA so bought one and was looking to trying it out there. Charged it before leaving home in England but didn't test it. BIG MISTAKE I dipped it in the water to make sure it would swim, it did, so I cast it out a little further, the float started moving with the motion of the lure, then went under.... slowly. I thought I was catching the bottom so shortened the hook length, Again it moved with the motion of the lure and went under! Turns out the bobber (WE call them floats here in the UK) isn't buoyant enough to keep the lure 'up' So I'm going to have to buy some modelling cork and stick it to the bobber!

Low on spares
Only two spare propellers, very poor, lost one first time in the water

Terrible battery life!
Awesome realism but my lake Pike (3 diffrent ones IQ 150+) took one sniff and all backed away. Maybe if battery lasted longer I may have been able to try other angles and depths. Will continue to try and hook my first pike with this kit. Not beaten yet! Stay tuned.

A new impression on lurr fishing
I think that this lure may promote bites when all else fails!

Works as advertised!
Well packaged with spare props, charge cable and instructions for charging. Activated after a couple of seconds in the water and began a random forward and backward swim pattern. I was impressed with how life-like this lure swims! I fully expected I would lose this on the first cast, especially as I fish for trout and lake salmon using 6 to 10 lb line. The beast feels heavier than a typical brook trout at twice it's size. However, 'robo fish' has been on two camping trips and I haven't broken the line casting nor has it 'swum' into rocks lodging for eternity. I did find I liked the action best when attaching to the more forward eyelet. I wonder if it's forward and backward motion help keep it clear. Regardless there were no instructions on suggested casting or trolling or at what depth it should be deployed. I don't expect to catch any fish with it, but my son, father-in-law, and myself have been highly amused by 'robo-fish' and I have felt it was a good value for pure entertainment.

Low quality
After 5 minutes the lure barely moves. Battery runs out very quickly and must be charged several hours. Impossible to use and waste of money.
