I was actually able to sleep on the plane which I’ve never been able to do before. It has good support. It could have been a little smaller. The adjustable belt didnt get quite as tight as I needed it to and the pillow needed a lot of adjusting so that it didn’t swallow up my whole face. It would be nice if companies could make smaller sizes for petite people, there are quite a few of us out there! It seemed low bead count on inner filling at first but I soon realized the loose filling makes it easier to wrap around the neck with beads pushed to both sides. We were able to sleep upright without dipping our head forward or fall sideways. I had aisle seat and was able to sleep 6 hrs straight on a 14-hour flight without neck pain. It didn’t make me feel hot and was able to use airplane provided headphones. Though I must admit, it does feel like wearing a neck bracket but softer.
