61000 (Small to Mid-Size) fits a Volvo V90
Small to Mid-size fits a 2022 Volvo V90 CC. Snug, which is good. If the hatch was an inch wider it would have needed a Mid to Full. Easy to assemble. I put the pole in the center sleeve first, installed one end in the side boot, and then with the last link loose I installed the second end in the other boot AND THEN connected the end link to the rest (see image). Easy, and should eliminate issues other Reviewers had with breaking poles and not being able to assemble it singlehanded. I am sure I will need to experiment with the straps (location and direction of pull) once I have been in some wind and rain, but there are sufficient connections and strap lengths that I feel confident that it is going to work.

Nice tailgate shelter
I used this on a rainy night of camping and did not get any water into the car. Usually I use high-quality backpacking tents, so the quality of materials making up this tent were very different. Still, it felt like it would be sturdy and a good value for the money. This medium/large tent fit my Hyundai Santa Fe tailgate exactly corner to corner. The way the tent clips onto the plastic lining of the wheel wells did not feel sturdy. If it had been windy I would've worried about damaging the wheel wells. It was relatively easy to attach the tent to the car, but it did take longer than five minutes because my car is tall and harder to reach. Make sure you have some dirt to stake out the awning into. I was impressed that even though my bumper was covered with gravel from the wet campground roads, the dirt seemed to fall off easily from the part of the tent covering the bumper. I'd recommend this tent as a novelty shelter to use in fair weather.

Perfect for the Tesla Model S
This SUV tent works perfectly on the Tesla Model S. I haven't tried it in the rain, but it looks like it should work great. It's easy to set up. 15 min the first time, 6 min every time since. It has a privacy screen that can be rolled down to reveal a bug screen, (that too can also be rolled down). The only modification I've made, was to wrap tape around the sharp edges of the support pole. Now it slides into the tent grove smoothly and easily. The tent stores back into the bag easily and fits in the bottom trunk with lots of extra room for other stuff. I Highly recommend, especially if you want to spend a small amount of money to try camping in your Tes for the first time. The wonderful things about Tes camping is you can run the AC or Heater all night long (without fumes or bothering anyone) with a roaring fire on the center display. (I burn about 25 miles of range overnight with the AC on, for reference). Overall, I really like this tent, it's easy to store, easy to setup/tear down. It provides great privacy and or bug protection. Great product!!!

A must buy!
Easy to assemble. Practiced several times before going out and had a good routine. For the tent portion, 5 minutes with each of us on either side. Shade tent poles a pain to get in and arch but, ta-dah! As you see in the pictures we added some bungee cords to tighten it up. Stayed tight to the car even in moderate wind. We didnโt know they came in different sizes. A little big for the PT Cruiser but with finagling, pretty much a perfect fit. I posted a couple of pictures so you could see how well the hatch corners were protected. Great shade cover. Because of the strong wind at night where we are, we took the polls out of the shade cover and as you see in photo, just crossed and tied the cords. Kept us tight and secure. This of course would not work if you were needing to get out of the back hatch. We used the side doors. Love the screen netting. Allowed airflow to keep cool and at night, no mosquitoes!! Yay!! Getting a different car next year and definitely will be purchasing another one of these, the correct size. Just know you can make it work if you have ordered one too big. Everyone was quite impressed at the park and had to check it out. No more sleeping on the ground! Happy wife. Happy hubby. Oh, I donโt have the height to put it on by myself, but I easily tore it down and put it back in its case in less than 5 minutes.

Beach day
This โcoveโ is perfect. Took me about 15 minutes to set up. Made well. Excellent for tailgating at the beach. Havenโt tried a โsleep overโ in it yet but the zippered in screen & privacy is nice feature. The day I used it, had 4 different ppl stop and compliment it. One person got on her phone and ordered it right then & there!! Note* I had my hatch opened to its fullest height. So if you have that option open to the highest.

Easy, practical hatchback tent.
Works as expected, and fits a 2014 Prius. It was easy to set up, even in the dark. It gives you enough room to sit up and move around a bit, and it also gives you a little more leg room. It's not luxury, but if you want luxury you probably shouldn't sleep in your car. Right now, I'm happy with the purchase. Update: This tent will not hold up in an extreme storm. Last night I was camping when a flash thunderstorm with 40-50 mph winds hit. The tent did not hold up well in extreme wind; the awning turned this thing onto a sail and left the open hatch completely exposed. I had to close the hatch to keep water from pouring in. My brother's $80 Coleman tent held up fine however. In mild to medium kind of rain and wind, this tent has done fine. But an extreme storm renders it useless. Maybe some high powered magnetic strips would have helped, but be aware of the weather before setting up. I have also realized it's not 100% bug tight, and there are a few spots by the awnings pole bases where bugs can get in. I dropped the review from 5 stats to 3 after this update. This tent would be a much better deal if it was about half the price.

Great alternative to traditional tent camping
Size purchased: Small to Mid-Size CUV's and SUV's Car: 2018 Prius C hatchback Overall: I really like the Napier Cove. It definitely has a tent vibe, but I feel more secure and protected from the elements than I do in a tent. Pros: -Quick and easy to setup/takedown -Thoughtfully designed with adjustable straps and snug fittings. I don't have a cargo rack, but the tent comes with long straps that can attach in front. -The awning provides enough coverage for two chairs outside the door. -Rain proof (I've camped during two rain storms with absolutely no leaking) -Keeps flying insects out (zero issues with mosquitoes, moths, or flies getting in) -Adds about 10 inches of leg room and extra headroom at back of car (my Prius interior is snug, so this extra space to move around and stretch out is needed) -Good ventilation and views out the window. -Feels private (the screen door also has an additional flap for protection and privacy) -Lightweight, easy to carry/store -Looks nice Cons: -Because I have a smaller car, the tent overlaps my back doors on the sides. I am unable to use those doors once it's up and can really only enter/exit through the screen door. From the photos others have posted, this does not seem to be an issue for everyone. -You'll have to take down anytime you want to drive your car. I typically camp with another person so we use their car for day trips. -I have had some issues with crawling insects (mainly daddy longlegs) making their way in. I believe they were coming from the area around the wheel wells, and once I adjusted the fittings and cinched up the gaps, they stopped coming in. Suggestions: -Set up your interior before putting the tent on the car. I've found this to be more efficient, especially since I can't open my back doors once it's in place. -Use string lighting or some other marker on the guide wires to lessen tripping hazards -Magnets can be used to secure any gaps or loose areas between the tent and car -The tent covers the exhaust so don't start your car for heat or air conditioning.

. Perfect for my wagon as solo-camper!
I reported shattered and broken pole which punched a hole on the awning. It's been a great product but Iโm glad warranty exist and getting a new set! Thank you Napier! Update:2022. 7 months - pole shattered on one section and another section broke during a gusty evening. I would have been okay with that as I can look for a replacement. However it tore part of the awning where the pole goes through. Now itโs concerning me whether the product will hold long. I was pleased with the build and material but Iโm a bit sceptical now. I love the product tho. Dear Napier: Help. Photos attached I purchased model 61000 its the smallest that would fit our Audi A4 Allroad. This also fits well on our 2018 Hyundai Tucson. As far as fitting- one person can set it up in about 5-7mins. it slips onto the hatch door, attached onto the roof rack (if you donโt have a roof rack- they provide extensions to hook onto front mirrors.) Additional buckles secures onto the wheelwell, but I hook it up on my rear wheels instead. At this price, it is a whole lot cheaper than a RTT. However you only have the space that your car, in this case the audi Allroad, can provide - usually good for solo campers, a pinch for two. So of course an RTT would provide a better room to sleep for two or more(?). There are minimal gaps on the side and on top where the hatch and the rear roof meets. (See last couple of photos- The gap is not that bad since the actual material extends forward where itโs hooked up to the roof rack rails). Masking tape may help provide more โsealโ but its truly not bad. It was a cold night when I had a trial (and wind advisory) but it held up well and provided shield from the cold air. You cannot turn on the engine to heat up the car as the bottom part of the attachment covers the exhaust. However, it doesnโt mean modifications could not be made to allow engine running while this is on. Having said that, I have a portable stove/ heater that sits in the back if I need a little bit of warmth (also have a 200w mini electric heater i use sometimes). With this tent on, it allows me to sit up at the back end of the cargo area and have privacy from the elements. Iโm only 5โ10โ so it works well for me. Quality I have to say is excellent, good materials , good zippers. It does have a built in bug-screen along with the solid flap to shield from the weather. I am looking forward on my next camp out (when thereโs no wind advisory whipping up 60mph gusts. Lol) This would be perfect this summer!

Guter Gesamteindruck fรผr Golf 4 Variant
Ich kann den Kauf empfehlen! Habe das Zelt fรผr meinen Golf 4 Variant/Kombi gekauft.

Easy to Use
We purchased the tent to use with our 2005 Honda Odyssey on a recent road trip that involved long days of driving. After setting it up the first time, we found that it set up and took down very quickly compared to using a tent. It fit easily over the back hatch. The screen allowed air circulation which made sleeping very comfortable and kept mosquitoes out at the same time. The zippered door was easy to climb in and out of. The zipper snagged a few times on the label which could be cut off if that problem persists. We had a couple nights of rain and the tent was waterproof - we didn't have any issues with water leaking into the van. I wish the channel holding the tent pole was slightly larger as the pole can get caught as it is fed through. Some of the reviews we read before purchasing mentioned that it was difficult to fit back into the carrying bag and we found this to be true also, however, we simply got a duffle bag to store it in. I would definitely recommend this tent. It served our purpose very well.

Exactly as expected and great quality along for the ride.
My Napier Sportz is exactly what I was looking for and totally up to standard with high quality. The one thing I would have appreciated is dimension details for the two sizes available - ie. Small up to rear door width/height xxxcm or some other definite indication to make a more confident choice. I was left guessing... and thankfully chose OK. In particular I appreciate having the choice of bug net or blackout (both) while the awning is up. Very happy!
