Will the dimmest setting be too harsh for plants that need bright indirect light like monsteras and pothos?

Nope, I actually have it on the third brightest setting directly over my pothos for about 8-9 hours a day for a few weeks now and it's really perked up. The leaves are growing bigger and there are no brown spots indicative of too much light.

How long are the lights? Description says 1.97". Can you buy replacement bulbs?

More than 12”. Look into Amazon for bulb replacements.
