the advantage is that it makes a lot less of a mess than mixing 2 parts. Another advantage is that the mixing is uniform so there is no need to weigh the 2 parts of the glue. Also it saves time.

Good quality dispenser gun, very good trigger control and all components function well.No issues when using 3M 50ml mixed epoxies and glues.If you need a dispenser for a 1 time project then save yourself some money and get this dispenser gun.If you work in an industry that will rely on this tool to function 100% of the time and last a reasonable amount of time, then you might consider the genuine 3M dispenser. But then again you could buy 5 of these dispensers for the cost of 1 3M Dispenser.I would say for the money it is a good buy.

The little cartridges of epoxy that fit in this tool, are a very cost effective alternative to the single packaged dual syringe commonly available at a box store. Weather you need just a dab or an entire cartridge, this thing will save you money with it's first use. Since with little effort, a wide variety of materials and brands can be found to use with it, and for far less cost than a single, packaged tube found at the local store.
