Im 5'2 Weight 193lbs I brought size XL I like this product because it is Durable.It is stretchy, but not too much.Definitely helps bring out my curves more and it shape my butt. What I like about it the most. It helps keep in my back fat and it's super comfortable to wear all day long regardless if I'm working out, sitting around the house, or at work. Super comfortable and I can wear all day without noticing I'm wearing it. Great product

Based on some reviews I bought a size smaller than my normal measurements because I needed it to be tight. I have a 31.5” waist, 36 hips (measured about 3 inches below my bellybutton around my love handles) I got the size small, and I can just barely fit myself on the first set of hooks. Since I’m using it as a waist trainer and during exercises it’s perfect, but like I said it is VERY tight. I think if I’d have gotten a medium though I wouldn’t be able to size it down once I started losing more weight. I know it will stretch a little so the tightness is okay for now. That being said, if you’re overweight and have large stomach/back rolls, I wouldn’t use this to try and slim yourself down underneath clothes. It will bend and crease into all your folds when you sit down and only bring attention to the things you’re trying to hide anyway. I wouldn’t say this is made for larger people. This particular product is designed best for people who already have somewhat of an hourglass shape and just want to tone it up or use it to sweat. Not really ideal for someone with a large belly or to be used under clothing. It’s also very short. Thankfully I’m only 4’9 so it came down JUST below my little belly pooch. If you have a longer torso it’s not going to come down all the way and you’ll just have a big flab of stomach hanging out of the bottom. If you don’t want it super tight I’d say measure yourself really well and get the size closest to measurements, rounding up and not down. If you’re a little smaller and need it to be tight, go a size down. You can’t go by the “size” of your clothing. You HAVE to take measurements. Aside From the sizing, the material and quality are excellent. It was delivered on time in decent packaging. Very happy, would definitely purchase from Loday again.

It’s good quality and it’s true to its size. I wear it at least once a week for exercise and it helps me sweat more and I’ve been able to move down sizes. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is I feel like the straps are a little awkwardly positioned that I don’t normally wear it underneath stuff because it squeezes my chest a bit weirdly. Other than that it’s been great!

Omg this is the best thing I've ever gotten like this!! I've only had the chance to wear it 3 times so far as I only got it last week but since then it's already visible reducing my stomach buldge and the posture support is amazing! I can walk so much farther and longer with less back pain!! Thank you soooooo much for making this awesome product!! Great quality, fits well. The first time putting it on was slightly difficult though but it gets easier each time! I did have to get 2 sizes up though to make sure that it would fit and I'm so glad I did!!

I love this waist trainer I'm 206 and ordered the large it fits snug and holds me in great and is still comfortable to wear all day. The double closure ensures your held in nicely and is easy to put on.

After reading reviews, I decided to go with a medium, which was a mistake. I'm about 145 lbs and 5 feet, and the medium felt like an xs. I let the seller know and they were kind enough to offer sending me a different size at no charge. They have excellent customer service, which I am appreciative of. I let my sister try the medium on. She's about 125 lbs and 5 ft 2, and it barely fits her. It's just about snug if she squeezes a little, which I assume gets the job done. I'm only giving this product 4 stars bc I havent actually been able to wear the product yet. Once I recieve the new size, I will update this review. Hello I'm back with a true review since I've recieved the product and wore it. I've chained 5-6 lbs since then so I am about 150 lbs and 5ft so the 2XL fit just perfect. First, let me say that this seller's service is phenomenal bc they sent me a replacement at free charge. However, it would be immoral to hype the product up. This vest is really colmfortable. It's probably the most comfortable waist trainer I've owned. If you have a bulging tummy, this product will help flatten the appearance a bit. Also if you have love handles and are short, this vest can help hide it as you can adjust the straps to make the vest go lower. This vest also does a bit squeezing on the side of the chest so if you are on the smaller side, it in a way can enhance the appearence for your chest to seem closer and fuller. One problem I do have is back rolls. The veat makes the roll even more noticable from a front view when I'm sitting or standing in my normal posture. If I raise my shoulders a bit then you dont see the rolls as much. From the back view, the best raises the rolls a little higher. If I could give this product 3.5 stars I would. Overall, the product is comfortable and enhanced some features slightly, but it doesnt completely transform the body appearence to be slimmer. I've attached several comparison pictures with and without the vest for you to see yourself. Also note that I'm not wearing a bra in any of the pictures.

Measuring is very important. I found the size chart to be correct. This is the third waist trainer I have purchased. The first two had Velcro and actually made my belly look bigger from the side view so those two were returned. The hooks on this one are easy to fasten and the zipper works great. I am hoping to use a smaller size within the month. The price is very reasonable compared to others.

Included is a card to "buy one get one free" with some other verbiage about how you "qualified". Don't fall for this. It's against Amz's rules and if you review anything you got that way, Amz can purge your entire account. Vendors know this. - Made in China - Adjustable straps, uses coated metal - Straps can unhook in back to cross over - Inside is 16 hooks, 3 positions - Good sturdy zipper tho it's plastic - The 2 ribs on the back do have something springing/rigid in them, the rest are just doubled up fabric - Made in China - 90 polyester, 10 spandex - Hand wash cold, do not bleach, do not wring. Do not iron. They've used two non-standard symbols for drying. The closest I can come is drip dry but don't line dry. Yeah. I'm drying it flat on a rack I put in the tub. The 4X size is tiny. It's a gray area for compression garments. They can skimp on fabric and just claim "compression". This is 42" around at the hem so you're going to be getting a workout just getting this on. I'm using it for back support. I can't tell yet if it's helping, that's likely to take a lot longer, so I thought I'd go ahead and do this starting info. 4 stars for now just because of build quality and design.
