The BEST!
Great value. Makes going to the basement laundry room via elevator a breeze.

This particular laundry cart is probably the best you will find on Amazon. That said, the caster wheels that are included are utter crap. They will not roll over any door threshold. And if you live in an apartment building with elevators, you can forget trying to get the caster wheels into or out of an elevator. They will get stuck. And your cart, no matter how weighted down with clothes it might be, will tip over. That is unless you are prepared for this, take precautions, and are willing to have the wheels break at some point.I have partially solved this issue by purchasing 4” rubber swivel caster wheels from a big box home improvement store. These are markedly better, but I still need to lift one end of the laundry cart when entering or exiting my building’s elevator. The cart’s construction is pretty flimsy. I will note that when I was assembling the cart, it was practically impossible to make the mid-height cross bars and upper shelf level. I had to undo the plastic clips several times, but it barely made a difference. All that said, if you want a three-bag laundry cart with an upper rail to hang clean clothes, this is about as good of a product you are going to find. Just know you will need to purchase higher-quality wheels.

A little on the small side
It’s my own fault; I did measure, but in reading specs, I paid more attention to width than to depth, so it’s smaller than the one I replaced. I will just have to do laundry a little more frequently! I found the picture directions for assembly a little challenging. The details of how the side poles assembled with the racks were not really obvious and I did have to disassemble and reassemble part-way through. It is a nice sturdy rack, though, and I anticipate getting much use from it.

Could have been a 5 star review if I had gotten all the correct parts the first time.
This cart was exactly what I wanted--perfect size, sturdy, maneuverable and priced right; Unfortunately , when I tried putting it together there are no written instructions. You kind of have to guess by the pictures. It included 8 plastic rings that were no where to be found on the diagram. After a couple false starts, I got the hang of it and was very excited because it is very sturdy and very well built. Unfortunately, it had been shipped with 2 extra (part-C) lower poles that the wheels screw into and was missing 2 middle support poles (part-D) that the upper poles screw into. I had it almost all put together when I realized the problem. I called the customer support number provided to report the problem and as if they could ship me the 2 missing poles and I would send them back the 2 extra ones. I was told that unfortunately they do not stock these replacement parts and to contact Amazon which I did. I was told to return the unit in the box and they would send me a new replacement laundry cart. This is where all the problems REALLY began. When I attempted to disassemble the cart, it is so well constructed it did NOT want to come apart. As you can see from picture number one the support poles have threads that screw together and there are plastic support clip that snap together around the shelves to hold them onto the poles. I could not get one set of plastic support clips apart no matter how hard I tried. I hammered it, stood on it, did everything I could and could not get it apart, even bending the shelf, but still could not get it disassembled. Hence no way to pack it back into the original box. The same thing happened with the laundry support frame (part B). As you can see from picture three, the pole will not come off the frame, no matter how hard I tried. I even broke the weld trying to get it apart. Again no way to pack this back into the original box. So, AMAZON I am not stealing these no broken parts, I can't get them apart and there is no way to pack them in the box short of sawing the chrome poles off the shelf and bracket. So yes, this is a very sturdy cart, but there is serious issues if you need to disassemble it. Wouldn't it have been easier and cheaper for everyone, (especially me) if I could have just returned the 2 extra poles and had the two I needed shipped to me??? Now a perfectly good laundry sorter cart is ruined. Would I recommend it to others? Yes, but with a word of caution. Before you start assembling the cart, make sure you have 4 poles (part-C) with the screw holes on one end for the wheels and screw threads on the other end; 4 support poles (part-D) with screw threads on both ends and 4 upper poles (part E with screw threads on one end and plastic caps on the other end. Keep in mind, just because they are packed and sealed together in plastic doses NOT mean that all 4 poles are correct and the same. Happy laundry cart assembling everyone. If I had gotten all the correct parts from the beginning this would have been a 5 star review.

Kind of underwhelmed
Ok, so the last time I bought one of these sorters it was a plastic one and I was going to college with it--about 17 years ago. Now that I'm fully an "adult" I thought I would level up and get metal. This cost $50 more than my plastic 17 year old college one and so far...I'm a bit underwhelmed.I have shelves made in this same way with the linking metal rods, so this isn't my first time putting these together. The metal bows out unevenly and the adapters that go between the pipes are finicky to get started without damaging the threads. Is it the worst thing I have bought? No.Am I going to throw an utter fit and demand a refund? No.If I could rewind and talk to me about the end result would I tell me to buy something else, like say another cheapy plastic thing? 110% yes. However, since I can't go back in time, I will say for those who read reviews, "Go to [big box store] and buy a wire wrack shelving unit and some snips, maybe some sandpaper, go over and get some laundry bags. Cut out the shelving of one of the shelves, sand down the sharp bits and tie the laundry bags in. You will be happier with your purchase. It will also cost less if you already have snips, sandpaper and laundry bags at home. If you get the tall shelving unit you will even have extra shelves for laundry detergent or in case you mess up cutting out the shelf."

instructions for building.
No installation instructions, just pictures. Takes some trial and error guessing to build.
