I absolutely love this knife. They list a vertical or horizontal carry. I carry it on a 45°, which allows me to draw right or left-handed. I'm handicapped and use a cane and it's nice to have the versatility of being able to draw with either hand depending on the circumstances. And the ring allows for right handed draw much like an old-school gunslinger would have pulled an old colt 45. The knife is also perfectly sharpened with a razor sharp finish on the straight edge and then tapering off towards the tip which in my experience makes all the difference. It still has a great point, but I find some manufacturers over sharpen the tip, making it more of a needle point, which makes it much easier to snap off the tip, which has happened a lot with knives I owned not so with this one I would definitely recommend to anybody who is even thinking about the knife great quality, great price point love it.

This is a fine & well crafted, EDC, Man~Tool: I think that my other hand is jealous of the other one, and I'll require 2 of these Awecellent items, to balance out the matter...~The sharpness is as it should be...~The comfort is very ergonomicly accommodating..~The blade thickness is sufficient...~The grip is significantly satisfying...~The carryability is EDC...

My only negative thought is the sheath.The blade is what I wanted, is what was advertised.Handle fitting small in hand with the add of the ring for support and dexterity.I us it for underhanded quick drow. The blade can be made razor sharp and will slice Big lacerations.The sheath is poor quality unable to secure blade properly. Blade rattles when you move, and wiggles out when walking.

I agree with those who say that this is a value for the money. I have quite a few knives and this is well made. It arrived sharp, it is large enough. The finish is good looking and it fits my hand which is on the large side (L-XL). Mine is snug in the scabbard and the belt attachment can be vertical or horizontal on either side. Very pleased for what it costs.

My first clue as to the condition of this knife was the box itself. The box looked "reused" and sealed with scotch tape. Not what you expect. Then the box. It was somewhat crushed. Again, not what I expected. Then the tell tailing sign. The box was used cardboard from another product. So, the box was made from used cardboard. So, that gave me suspicion on the quality of the knife itself. Give me suspicion on the manufacturer and gave me concern overall. The knife was extremely dull. I'm not even sure I will attempt to put an edge on it. I would classify this particular knife as a "gimmick" knife. Made to look, feel, and act like a survival, but misses the mark. Wey too heavy to carry or I should say way to heavy to carry for me. The shape is adequate, and handle is fair for a knife of this caliber. I may find a use for it, eventually. For now? I need to practice my knife sharpening skills on a knife I don't care if I ruin, and this will do.
