Great quality system
I decided to purchase this bundle of Klipsch speakers (no subwoofer, I already have a good subwoofer) with the Yamaha RX-V385 receiver to replace my 25+ year old Technics speakers, Bose bookshelf speakers and my five year old Sony receiver. I feel like my money was well spent. I am NOT a true audiophile but I do consider myself to be a discerning listener. So far, I have been very pleased. For normal everyday TV and music this system is probably overkill in my space (400 sq. feet). But, recently I decided "blow out the pipes" and set the Yamaha receiver to zero db and plus db volume on a few jazz tunes I like. Normally, the receiver volume is set to -25 db (give or take) and the system was performing admirably. No quality issues at the higher volume and the music was crisp and clear. Having had the system for about three months or so, I am very pleased with the performance and my investment.
