No regrets!
I had planned at one time to buy a loaf pan from another well-known toxin-free brand, but when I was ready that company didn't have any available on Amazon any more! I didn't know what I was going to do - it was getting beyond tedious to line my anodized steel loaf pan multiple times a week with parchment paper (I didn't trust that that loaf pan was fully toxin-free). I began searching for an alternative, and Caraway popped up in my search! I was first put off by the list price, but thankfully Prime Day came around and I got it for $35! When it arrived, I was a bit concerned because its dimensions were smaller than my steel pan. I thought I would end up with small breads that might get gummy inside if it didn't bake well. I can say that my fears were entirely put to rest when I baked my first bread in it! That bread gained impressive height in the oven, and despite not reducing the volume of my recipe for the pan size, it baked all the way through!! I realised that what the pan lacked in length, it made up for in making my breads rise higher. The bread did not stick to the pan at all, either. I did not grease or flour the pan at all, and it was still the easiest and non-messy 'release' from a loaf pan that I've ever seen! I love that I no longer need parchment paper, because let's face it: parchment is basically silicone-coated and it's not exactly natural. I have only made breads in it so far, but I can see it being great for other baking needs due to the even distribution of heat and its natural nonstick interior. Now onto the build quality: The pan is not as heavy as my steel pan, but it has a nice weight to it, unlike plain aluminum pans. Very sturdy, but the ceramic coating on the outside can get scratched and possibly chipped if you're not careful. What I do to 'bang out the bubbles' (from the leavening) to the top is to put a couple of padded hot mats underneath to protect the finish. Works like a charm! I also hand-wash this (as I do everything since I don't have a dishwasher) after it has cooled. It's such easy clean up because nothing sticks to the inside! If you worry about scratching the bottom of the pan, then take care not to slide it on the oven rack. You would also want to take care in storing it. I keep mine in a bread bag in the drawer under the oven, with a few paper towels underneath for cushioning. This may seem excessive and unnecessary to some people, but I love this pan so much that I don't want it to get scratched or chipped on the outside. As for colours, I had teetered between the Sage (which is a deeper hue) and the Perracotta. I LOVE green, but the Perracotta looked pretty and fun! In the end, I chose the Sage because it brought back memories of my beloved grandmother's kitchen. Now every time I make bread, it's kind of like she's still here with me. ๐ I have no regrets! ๐

In love with this brand
This Caraway loaf pan was given as a gift. They says It heats evenly, bakes consistently, and releases bread easily with minimal greasing. The ceramic coating is non-toxic, which was a big selling point for me, and cleanup is quick. Itโs sturdy, well-made, and looks great in the kitchen. A bit pricey, but worth it for the quality and peace of mind.

Color options are amazing!
I was tired of the glass baking dishes that crack.. and have to be recycled or used somewhere else in the house and really wanted to try a nonstick. So ceramic nonstick was the new buzzword. Itโs a small investment but worthwhile. I made a blueberry loaf and was pleasantly surprised how easily my bread popped out, cleaned up nicely no burn marks, and my bread was cooked all the way through so great heat distribution. Very sturdy product looks well made. I might get another one, I purchased the marigold color which is subtle mustard yellow.

Great loaf pan
I love this bread pan. It isnโt as Dee but I feel like it still allows for a good rise. Bread always comes out clean and the pan itself is incredibly easy to clean. I bought a second one in a different color t Mae multiple loaves at once.

Excellent bread loaf pan
This Caraway loaf pan came nicely packaged ensuring no damage. I gave it a quick hand wash & dry as soon as I unpacked it. I just got to use it to make a loaf of homemade whole wheat bread and as you see from the pictures no bread stuck to the interior of the pan. I let my bread cool for 10 junk before taking it out of the pan and I litterally just turned it over & it slid right out, that has never happened w/all my other loaf pans. Yes I slightly "greased" the pan w/butter before putting my dough in for the final rise (and thats because all bread recipes tell you to do so, even if using non-stick pans, so I did but it litterally was minimal. The pan itself is light weight and seems well made. The non stick factor just proved to work great and I will be sure not to use metal utensils on or in it to make sure it stays preserved. I intend to hand wash my pan (as I do so w/all my pots & pans) but it is dishwasher safe. I absolutly am happy w/this loaf pan and feel its worth the price. As you also see from the picture of the bread it appears to have evenly baked the bread so appears evenly distributed the heat. I cant wait to cut into it!! Once it cools I can guarentee it'll just be a quick hand wash and dry.

Actual Size of this pan is 8.5x4.5!
Good little bread pan. Non-stick and easy to clean. One star deduction for size mis-representation! This is NOT 8x4 as listed in the description! It is actually 8.5x 4.5. Buyer beware! I will keep it, but had to purchase another pan in the correct size.
