Great tasting, convenient soup.
Like having this around. Especially for emergencies, like when we both had Covid and needed to isolate and later no oomph for shopping. Cheaper than those pricy emergency rations.

Tastes like homemade
Everyone in my family loves this potato soup. It really does taste like homemade. We do like to add to it though- browned hamburger meat, peas, and extra cheese really takes it up a notch. It's a complete meal. It's super quick and easy to make. I always have a few pouches on hand for when I need a quick lunch or we don't feel like preparing a big dinner.

Absolutely Delicious!!
Yum. I use the Bear Creek Potato soup as a starter. I add bacon, onions, garlic, fresh potatoes and a couple of cans of creamed corn in a big dutch oven. It only takes 15 minutes if you don't add the other ingredients, but with all the extras it needs to simmer for about 1/2 hour. So worth the wait. My family can't get enough. It's good by itself, but so doggone good with the other ingredients.

Pretty good for a dry mix
Minestrone is my absolute favorite type of soup. Since I've tried it homemade, from restaurants, canned, and so forth over the years, I might be a bit more critical than the average person. Is this the best minestrone soup in the world? No. However, it's pretty decent. It is the best anyone could hope for from a dry mix at such a low price. I'm happy I purchased and would def buy again. Actually, I already did plus I got there broccoli cheddar and potato soups to try as well.Pic: The pic shows this in my slow cooker. I added 7 cups of water and dumped this bag in and stirred and turned it on. The directions say to use 8 cups of water and it should be boiling first. I didn't do that. I just mixed 7 cups of water with the mix and then heated. I think it turned out very well. Nothing has been added to it - it's just the mix and water. It came out pretty chunky and flavorful and super easy. This would make a nice dinner for 4+ people with a bit of garlic bread and maybe a little salad. Very inexpensive and also super easy to make.

Very tasty and easy to make
I was not expecting much from a bag of dried ingredients but this soup is excellent. It is a tad salty so I add a little more water then it calls for and it tastes great. I grill Shrimp and add it to soup for some protein.Any leftovers are also just as good as when it is first made. The noodles stay firm and do not get soggy.

It makes a lot; However, cooking time is off and flavor needs a lot of tweeking.
This soup is very easy to make - just add water and heat. Here lies the problem, while the pasta and most of the vegetables cook around the same time, but the beans do not. They take much longer to cook (soften) than the others. The soup stock isn't very good/flavorful/acidic. Trying to balance this isn't a one size fits all (or even one size fits most). Adding a protein (meat, non-meat product, etc) should help a bit.For the price it's not horrible as long as you go in knowing you will more than likely have to add something to your taste.
