Time will tell, I bought the insurance.The chair is Soft and Gorgeous. The white is beautiful. My Pomeranian before I knew it was scratching and nesting but thank god it didn’t make a mark. The chair is very comfortable, and the massager was an added bonus for me. Please note: This chair is heavy when it's delivered. It was shipped UPS, and they didn't even deliver it to my door. I had a difficult time getting the seat back on.
