Purchased for fiance for work boots. He has no complaints so far. He does factory work so he is on his feet all day and hes stop complaining about sore feet, so, so far so good.

I find these inserts very comfortable but I have flat feet so I need more support than these offer in my work boots. if you have low arches but not flat I would recommend them for sure.

I wear shoe size 8.5 or 9 and these insoles fit perfectly with good support in the arches.
