Fan fits/works as designed for my Samsung DLP TV and arrived early
The fan works as expected. It is quiet as the original fan (when the original fan worked correctly)The power cord was significantly shorter than the OEM cord, but it was long enough to easily reach the plug socket. No problems with screw locations for the mount.Big Bonus was the fan arrived 2 weeks early. I was worried about the direct shipment from China...but USPS came through fine.

Fan has a Dead Spot
The fan worked fine for a few days and then one day it quit. If you move the blades of the fan it starts and runs just fine for a few days and then freezes-up again.

The cable to plug into the TV is too short ...
The cable to plug into the TV is too short! Are you kidding me? $14. and they can't add 2 more inches of wire. Totally unusable, do not buy.

Shipped Fan is NOT AS PICTURED. Does not match original Specially designed NoNoise fan blade and hub size geometry!
Price was fair, shipping time good and it functions, but product is NOT AS DESCRIBED(pictured). Power specs and fan size are a match, but the MOST IMPORTANT aspect, the specially designed fan blade geometry and hub diameter is NOT original and LOUDER.This listed image which is original OEM, DOES NOT represent what the seller is actually shipping. If silent running, as the original NoNoise cooling fans blade and hub diameter geometry fans are/were, therefore I feel the seller is being deceptive and should be stopped from falsely advertising products that are represented as originals, but in fact aren't.In addition, the fans the seller is selling DO NOT MATCH the original sound specifications of the genuine original G6015S12B2 BA. I recommend shopping elsewhere and verifying what the seller is shipping matches exactly what they are picturing. In this case the specially designed fan blade and hub diameter geometry is the MOST import features of the fan. The original fan geometry are specifically design for very low, practically inaudible noise levels and they do achieve that, but the completely different ones this seller is selling unfortunately don't. Buyer beware... VERIFY prior geometry to purchase!
