I've been using pro cal for years. I began using it for headaches and continue using it for leg cramps. It's helped me with both, not to mention the calcium benefits.

Great Calcium supplement
They work fast & I take a couple every morning. I can wake up during the night take 2 with water & go back to bed with relief.

No more muscle cramps after a 3 shirt sweat day. I take 2 or 3 tablets in the mid day and that works for me. I weight 170 and 5'-9" for your reference.If i sweat a lot and drink a few beers and do not take 4 tablets, i will pay HELL with cramps at night.This is a God Send to stop the muscle cramps.
